Chapter 1: Arguments and Confessions

Aurora's Pov

I wake up and turn on my side. By reflex I reach out to grab my huggles. He's my bear that i've had since birth. Given to me by my grandma Claire (i'm her favorite). I began to panic seeing as I can't find my bear. Then i remember he's packed away among other toys, clothes, furniture, etc. Today is moving day. Usually happy to get up , I'm now sluggishly making my way to the kitchen. I slow down as i hear my parents talking. Well more like arguing.

 " Aaron i still am not ready this just seems so abrupt"

 "Abrupt Abrupt! We've been planning this move for months no! Years and now you say you aren't sure? You knew we were moving since the new office opened in Idaho." 

" I know but we've been here forever I'm just not sure anymore. I mean all of our friends, my shop, the kids schools. What about Ivory she's barely in the second grade. And aurora this is her senior year and we are just uprooting her!"

 " Don't be silly she's known Idaho all her life it is basically a second home. She has friends, family and a home and may i mention bigger than this one. I bet you she can't wait to move" 

I got tired of eavesdropping and turned around to see Ivory in her princess jammies rubbing her eyes. 

"Rory what are you doing?" 

" I'm just about to get ready let's go"

 I grab her tiny hand in mine and place her in her room. As i walk away she grabs my hand and I turn around. 

" Rory do you want to move?"

 I look into her sad face.

 " Yea I mean we get to see cousin Mal everyday" 

She smiles looking satisfied and retreats to her room. Honestly I don't like Mal, actually I practically hate her. But anything i can do to make this move as easy as possible i will.
