Well fuck my life is over now what?

(Creds to my friend for the title of this AND also thanks for reading this story i'm not sure if all those reads are from me but whatever i'm really fucking proud anyway enjoy)

Castiel couldn't believe it he shook his head trying to process what the hell just happened he felt like everything was spiraling out of control his world was coming to an end all he saw was darkness, this was it nothing he could do could possibly make him feel better.

He threw himself on the floor and stared at the ceiling he felt like he had no meaning what could he do that would fill this void in his heart. Castiel lay on the cold floor not moving he didn't even look up to see who had just entered the room he really didn't need to for he knew it was Dean. Cas knew the difference between Sam and Dean's footsteps it was a familiar sound one that would  usually fill him with joy but all he wanted was death he could lie here just contemplating life.

"Cas what the fuck?'' Dean asked nearly tripping on his boyfriend

Castiel moaned in response 

''Did you get hurt?'' Dean asked

No answer

''Cas?''

"CAS WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU!'' Dean shouted lifting Castiel up

Now one would expect Cas to stand up and explain himself but as soon as Dean let go of Castiel he fell back on the floor with a hard thud. Dean winced at the sound and quickly went to his ex-angels aid and lifted him up this time wise enough to not let go of him.

''Cas you dumb ass what's wrong.'' 

''I swear if you don't answer me i'll drop you again.''

Castiel didn't respond but Dean couldn't actually drop him again he didn't want him getting actual brain damage because of this so instead Dean walked Castiel towards the couch and they both sat down. Dean smiled at Cas and focused on his bright blue eyes and the wrinkles around them he forget for a moment that something was wrong with his angel and quickly focused on what the real problem was. Cas wasn't okay.

''Now Cas you can tell me anything i'm here for ya you can even cry on my shoulder and then we'll eat pie sounds good right.''

Castiel would usually smile at Dean's sarcasm but he couldn't find it in him it was time to explain what was wrong....

''My well-.'' Cas started

"Your what?'' Dean asked green eyes focused

''My book it's over!'' Cas exclaimed 

''That's it are you kidding me?'' Dean couldn't mask his disbelief 

''Well I wouldn't expect you to understand all you do is eat pie and watch porn! 

''Tha-That's not true!''

"Oh yes it is Dean Winchester.''

''Fuck you Cas just read another book dumb ass.''

''READ ANOTHER BOOK?! READ ANOTHER BOOK HAVE YOU LOST YOUR MIND DEAN?!'' Cas stood up full of rage 

"I don't understand what the big deal is?''

''WELL I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY WE ARE EVEN DATING THEN.''

''Okay,okay sorry drama queen.''

Castiel sighed and sat back down on the couch he gave himself a headache it was pointless to yell at Dean and plus the book was so much more than that he understood that character knew what it was like. Lost in his thoughts he forgot about Dean.

''Dean i'm sorry...'' Cas trailed off shaking his head

''What was that book about?'' Dean asked

Castiel didn't know how to explain he didn't even want to it was something so personal it felt wrong to share but this was Dean the one he would die for, he figured he could quickly sum up the book but he couldn't make eye contact with Dean.

''Oh um well it was about a man who gave up everything for someone he loved and lost well everything even his family...'' Cas looked down hoping Dean wouldn't be mad. Cas would choose Dean in a heartbeat all over again even at the price of his life and he had done so a numerous amounts of time but often he did miss being an angel and some of his brothers.

"Am I not worth it?'' Dean asked

''Wha?''

''Do you wish you could be back in heaven wish you never met me?''

''No Dean not at all but at times I miss certain things I suppose, I'm sorry.''

Dean understood what Castiel meant. He smirked at Cas and put his hand under his chin Castiel cocked his head to the side, confused. Dean brought his face closer and kissed Castiel sending electricity threw him. He was so fucking lucky to have Castiel and sometimes he would forget how much the ex-angel gave up just for him a stupid, filthy, lying human. He rebelled and even when Dean messed up he was by his side even lost his powers just for him and he knew he could never repay Castiel but he promised he would never ever stop loving him and hopefully that was enough

''Thank you.'' Dean had tears swelling in his eyes   

''For what?'' Cas asked worried

''For everything.''

WHOO tbh I didn't really like this I don't know why I feel like it wasn't good enough but then again I haven't slept at all today and it is currently 6:18 AM I have no idea why I am still awake will sleep ever come? I shall try updating more often but I am really afraid of judgement and shit. hope you liked it ^.^
