"Hey the beat go off? I up it then my heat go off. I heard he do that sneaky talk, I heard he was a sneaky dawg."
Alyssa King | Lys 💯
I watched as they lowered him into the ground tears coming out my eyes, it's crazy how they couldn't do anything to help him. It's like it really hit you once you realize that a person gone and you'll never see them again.
"You good Lys?" Yayo asked with his arm around my shoulder as I dropped tears on his shirt.
"Yeah it's just sad how he died, nobody deserves that. These bitches ain't shit"
"Right Fu'Quan was cool as hell, glad I'm stuck with one girl."
We we're leaving my friend from high school funeral that died of aids from his girlfriend and he didn't know until his last days. It was really sad if you think about it.
"How's my baby?" I asked.
"Mulan is perfect, she bad as hell now." He smiled.
Yayo and Kai is currently engaged with their nine month baby girl, Mulan. She was precious and so quiet but we all knew that was for right now because after all she is Kai daughter.
"How you been since everything tho?" Yayo asked.
"It's been hard without JC but we managed to pull through." I smiled as Ya rubbed my belly that just started showing.
"I can't wait to see Ivory, I ain't see her since she was born." Yayo said.
After everything happened with JC, the kids and I went to take a vacation in Tennessee which led to living them eventually. That's where my daughter Ivory Milyn Whitaker was born.
We got in the car and headed to the house. I rolled my eyes seeing the car that was in the driveway but couldn't help the smile on my face. My cheeks were damn near my ear from how hard I was smiling, I haven't saw him since leaving Tennessee.
"Where are you?!" I yelled.
"In kitchen!" I nearly ran to the kitchen to get to him.
"Baby I missed you so much." I jumped on him making both us fall and I smashed my lips to his.
"I miss too." JC laughed.
When JC was rushed to the hospital everything was fine, he had passed out from losing too much blood and had a weak pulse. The only thing wrong was the gunshot to the neck damaged his vocal and speech.
He couldn't talk for four months which we learned to sign so we can still communicate. In Tennessee JC took a few classes with the best coaches and learned how to use his voice and words and now here he was getting better and better everyday. He can put sentences together now and I couldn't be more proud of my husband.
Jayceon told me plenty of times I can leave and divorce him but my answer would always be "for better or for worst, in sickness or in health till death do us part." I took vows and the love my kids and I have for him wouldn't even allow me to leave him.
JC was now getting better and better with his speech and the coaches said by the time I have my third child he'll be back better than ever.
"Did you have fun on your last day?" Lys asked getting up.
"It ass." JC said making her laugh.
"But look at what you can do putting together incomplete sentences."
"Corny." He laughed
"I know that ain't JC, that boy looking sharp." Mason said coming into the kitchen with Ya.
