IMAN POV

It's been three months since I left Ricky's apartment after he told me that he and Adonis knew each other in the past, and did crimes together! I've had a boxer, a con artist, and an ex-con around my daughter! What's the problem? I just don't get it. Ricky and I are still a couple, but just not together if that makes any sense. I'm taking Aviv with me to Coney Island for the weekend. No Adonis, no Ricky, just me and my baby thinking about the future ahead.

My dad moved to Brooklyn, and surprise surprise, he didn't marry Erin! He met a new woman named Debbie, who is a nice, wholesome woman with morals, beauty, grace and self-respect. She doesn't have kids either. They''ve been dating for about six months now. Going back to see my daddy is good....it's been a year since we seen or spoken to each other.

RICKY POV

I've been going crazy out of my mind ever since Iman left my apartment that night. She sent me an e-mail that she and Aviv were in Coney Island together. Thank goodness that she said we were still together, but that we needed to figure out where to go after this revelation. Adonis found me on Facebook and we agreed to meet up to hash out this petty ass beef between us. I was pulling up to the bar and saw Adonis drinking on gin and lemonade.

Me: Baby Creed.

Adonis: What's up, nigga?

Me: You tell me.

Adonis: Look man, I don't know what lies Iman is telling you, but I'm always providing for my daughter one way or another. I pay child support, working hard for Aviv all day every day.

Me: It's one thing to provide, but you need to BE there for her more. I'm working 55 hours a week, tired out of my body but you know what? I still make time to clothe, feed, and bathe your daughter. I don't appreciate how you speak badly on my name too. I'm not trying to take your baby away from you, the only person doing that is you Adonis.

Adonis: You don't know the whole situation!

Me: I don't give a fuck!

Adonis:  It seems like you do. Go make your babies and take care of 'em bruh!

Me: You know, I normally would....but see, I'm too busy providing for yours so I can't really do that.

He got up like he was bout it, ready to fight me and shit. Two security guards came up ready to stop us.

Adonis: You need to respect my name.

Me: I'm the reason behind that name, in case you forgot. I took the fall for you and lost everything just to help you get ahead. I'm working three jobs just to pay the bills and you don't have to lift a finger, and you think you get to speak on respect? Bow down, nigga.

Adonis: Fuck ya job, bruh.

Me: My jobs keeps your daughter in those nice Pumas though....and ya baby mom's ready to bust it as wide as she can on sight!

Adonis charged at me and I decked him in the jaw. The whole bar was crowding around us as we were ducking and hitting at one another. I didn't come here to fight Adonis, but he wanted to be a tough guy so I came with the heat.

I don't want Iman to come home to this drama, but he took it there!
