No two seconds after Kol left, the first man followed him. Rebekah held me back. "Wait." The door closed and I counted to 10.
The other man pulled out his phone and dialed a nummer.
...9 ...10. Rebekah loosened her grip and whispered "Go!"
I finished my drink in one sip and left through the backdoor. The backyard was a small alley without any lightning. I followed the sound of fighting to the main street where I saw Kol and the other vampire pinned to the wall.
"Your brother is going to die. So you have the choice, help us to kill him or die with him. Marcel is giving you two one last chance."
If it had been me being pinned to that wall by a furious original, I wouldn't dare to say a thing.
Okay maybe I would...but I'm a forbes that's a whole new level.
"Say Marcel, if he's sending anymore of his treasures family to follow us, we will send him the heads of each one in a boxes."
The shadows hid my amused expression as he compeled him to leave and never come back.
"Well that was fun! We should do it again." Kol said after Rebekah and I stepped out of our hiding places and she hit him again.
"So? What do we do now?" I asked.
"Well obviously you can't stay here after they saw you with us." she said.
"Yeah, sorry about that..."said Kol.
"But we would have convinced you to go with us anyway sooo..."
"No you wouldn't."
"Tell yourself everything that you need to sleep at night."
"Ha ha ha. But seriously. What now?"
"We're going on a road trip of course!" said Rebekah way to excited for my opinion.
"So, should I go and grab some backs or..."
"No time." whispered Kol and pointed on two shadows behind us.
"The car's right behind us so GET IN!"
"Rebekah?"
"Hm?"
"Where exactly are we going?" I was sitting on the backseat and looked out of the window. She turned around, looked at me, looked at the road, and then at Kol.
"Kol where are we going?"
"I've got no idea sister." he said with a casual smile. "Where would you like to go?"
Rebekah grabbed her phone, opened google maps and scrolled with closed eyes.
"Let's see..." Her finger stopped and she read out:" How about Uruguay?"
Kol let out a snor:" Yeah I've some great memories about Uruguay! Caroline?"
Now you've got the chance, use it, I thought.
"Try Europe.", I told Rebekah.
She smiled and scrolled again.
"Vienna.", she said,
"Oh I remember. Great city, great music, amazing cake."
Kol laughed:" And don't forget Mozart! You two were oh so close."
"Shut up Kol!"
