"We cant risk that, m'lady."
Everyone agreed, though only Garroth spoke the truth to her. Desperatly trying to convince her not to. The queen, the daring Aphmau, looked down upon her gaurd with a frown.
"A plea for help is a plea for help. No matter what." This, of course made him frown in return. "The dark realm, m'lady, is not a place we can trust. We need this realm to be safe."She thought about his arguement only a moment, and was about to decline the cry for help when another came through. The magic glowing dust used to send messages through realm barriers flying up and forming the words. "Wont last much longer. Hes mad with power. Save me." This, of course, now convicing the raven haired girl it was only right to asist.
Before she could answer the call, yet another gaurd spoke out, pleading now "Aphmau, use your brain, this isnt a good idea. We cant trust them. They are all demons. Theyre trying to lure us in."
The girl paused, looking to the other voice, her second in command of the royal gaurds distraught expression making her bite her lip "Laurance...Its not right to leave someone for dead when they-" she got cut off by a little voice at her knee.
"Mommy?" The woman looked down at the tiny blonde boy questioningly. "Levin, mommy is busy.." the boy ignored these words, the child of 4 facinated by the glowing letters floating above the gaurds and jury.
"ooooo! Mommy! Whats that?" She sighed and kneeled to the child "its a person far, far away. They want us to help them out." Prince Levin cooed and smiled "are you going to help them?" She looked down at the faces of her closest advisors and shrugged "we dont think so... Its grown up stuff." Levin paused, tilting his head, confused. "But you always help....why wouldnt you help them?" She goes to explain, but not having the answer herself, she stopped. Levin continued, striking a kingly pose. "When Im king, Ill help everyone. Just like you mom." She sighed once more, sending the little boy off for pudding before turning back to her crowd
"We are helping. I cant leave a life in danger." Dante tried to speak reason next, a last attempt to stop her from going any further with this plan. "Aphmau, even if we help with this, no one here is crazy enough to take on a mission like that. Its certain death. Please think reasonably." She looked to the blue haired man with a soft frown, knowing he was right but not wanting to give up.
She goes to speak, someone again cutting her off, this time the high priest. "My jury. We can send my jury." Aphmau looked slightly surprised by this "The jury of nine? Theyre so elite....are you willing to risk that?" Zane nodded, smiling a bit "Of course. After all, they are most prepared for a job like this, and, no offence m'lady, but sending the gaurds protecting you is a stupid idea. Very stupid." She huffs at this, after all, that was her plan. "Fine. Prepare your jury. Ill explain their mission tomorrow morning." Zane bowed, replying formally "Of course, m'lady. They will be ready."
