Maya's pov
I'd like to say that the rest of my day was uneventful but I'd be lying.
I got to history faster than I normally did. I sat down in my regular spot and I was greeted by my bubbly best friend. She acted as if nothing had happened. If anything she seemed by bubblier than normal. Is that even a word or possible ?
I greeted her like I normally do and I turned around to look at the front. Not even acknowledging Farkle. Then Zay walked in and walked past me to my seat. As he did he gave me a wink as if I knew what it meant at all.
I turned around and gave him a questioning look. He held up his hands as if to say that I had to wait. And before I could have gone over and "politely" ask for an explanation.
He walked in.
Oh you know the guy.

And then everything seemed to stop, everyone was staring at us wondering what kinds of drama will happen now as we stared at each other intensely.

He sat down behind and I turned around silently looking at him wonder what he would say.
And with that everyone stared at Lucas and I, some
Cough Farkle cough were looking at Riley.
And as he was about to open his mouth....
The bell rings signaling Mathews to start class and for me to sigh in relief.
And so class went on.
