CLARKE POV
Finn came over about 5 minutes ago.
I was going to tell him about what I did. I know he'll be made at me but I have to. I can't hurt him by lying to him it's not fear.
"What's up Clarke? You seem strange." She said to me. Where both standing in my unit in my bed room.
"I did something Finn and I know you'll be angry and I want you to know I'm sorry and it meant nothing to me." I say as tears start to form.
"What is it Clarke?" He asked me. "I.....well I...... I slept with someone else last night...." I say to him and his face goes dark.
"What?" He said almost yelling "it was nothing just a drunk mistake that's it."
"Who?" He said bluntly
"What?"
"Who was it Clarke?!" He yelled
"We snuck off to a Scorpio party and he was a Scorpio." I say starting to cry a little.
He started to rub his eyes "what? You mean to tell me that you when to a Cretin city and slept with some Scorpio trash!" He yelled. I nod.
"I..... I can't I can't do this any more Clarke you crossed the line. Big time!" He said right before leaving and I fall to my bed.
"Oh and don't worry I won't tell." He said in the door way.
"You won't?" I say
"No because I care about you to much to see you die from something this stupid." He said then left. He stopped again in the door way and looked at me.
"Clarke do you even know what happens when you mix signs like end up together?" He said looking at me I got a little scared.
"No it's not like we're gonna end up together but what?" I wonder what he's saying because I've read the treaty so what could it say.
"Well the treaty says that if you mix signs weather its married, having and child, dating or even just a hook up you get is big trouble." He said "yeah I know that Finn it's illegal."
"I'm not done." He snapped and I looked at him again.
"Do you know what they do to you if they find out?" He asked I shook my head.
"Read the treaty then you'll know. I won't tell Clarke. I done wish that punishment in anyone." He said then left.
I got scared so I looked up a copy of the treaty. It's available to see anywhere because everyone has a copy of it.
It said everything I've seen before until I got to page 2 it titled:
Sign Mixing.
In this way of life there are lots of rules to follow but the biggest one it sign mixing. Sign mixing is the biggest crime of all because a person can never be with a sign that is not there own. It is a possibility for it you mix your sign with another that the chile you will have one day will be either a different sign from both mixed signs or one of the mixed signs signs so the child would be with one of the parents. But if two signs were to mix they would be captured and have the punishment of put in jail with only one meal a day then possibly death both people will be locked up then killed together in front of both there city's they get put in jail for 4 weeks. Hopefully no one brakes this rule.
After I read that my eyes widened and I couldn't believe that's how they would punish you for something like that. All I had to do was not do it again but then I started to think about last night.
I started to cry more for a while thinking about all my problems. Even Bellamy.
A/N
I just needed to get Clarke and Finn break up out of the way. Dude about that mixing signs punishment that's pretty bad in a society like this.
