*أيُّ شَباب !! *Which youth *

يقولون لي عيشي شبابك..
طيب أعيش شبابي..
لكن أرجعو لي الأمان..
وأرجعو لي مدينتي وشوارعها..
أرجعولي العمر الذي ضاع بالحروب..
وليس إبن عمي يقتل..
وإبن خالي يذبح..
وهذا قريب غُدِر بيه..
وهذا غريب تفجرت عليه مفخخة وتناثر..
وهذا عراقي مشرد..
وتقولن لي عيشي شبابك..!!
ولو بقيت فقط على العراق..
ممكن أعيش القليل من شبابي..
لكن هذا أخي السوري يموت تحت الانقاض..
وهذا يمني يجوع..
وهذا فلسطيني موجوع..
وهذا وهذا وهذا..
شبابي سُرِق قبلَ أوانه..
شبابي أنتظر أعيشه بالجنة..
لكن..مع كل هذا ما يئست..
أنتظر الأجمل حتى لو أصبحتُ عجوز..
لابد أن أخدم ديني..
وأقدم شئ لوطني..
العِراقُ عِراقي..

They tell me : Live your youth ..
Well , I will live it but ..
Return the safety and peace to me ..
Return my city and it's streets ..
Return my age which was lost by wars ..
But not my cousin killed ..
And the other is murdered ..
That kin is betrayed ..
Or that alien a mined car have exploded on him to be strewed ..
And a homeless Iraqi :'(
In spite of all that misery , you say : Live your youth !!
If this disaster limited in Iraq only ..
Then , I can live a little from my youth ..
But .. my Serian brother is dieing under the rubble :'(
That Yamenian is straving ..
And that Palistinian is aching ..
That .. that .. and so on .. :'(
My youth plundered befor it's time ..
I'm waiting to live it in Paradise ..
In spite of that I'm not despaired ..
I'm waiting for the better even if I became old ..
I must to serve my religion ..
And do something to my country ..
IRAQ is mine ..
