Slipping from my tongue
Verse after verse
Of death are silently sung
Words black as night
That are equally deadly
Of creatures about to pounce
Always watching; always ready
They watch you in the night
That's why I never sleep
Awake and alert
The fear runs too deep
All of us will surely die
Whether in the night or day
When my time comes
On earth I will no longer stay
I'll be dancing with the devil
Free of all regret
Gone are my worries
No more is my lifelong debt
So hush now
Don't utter a sound
As daybreak peeks through the dark
You know you've won this round
You've survived another night
You'll survive another day
And just for that, in your dreams
You'll surely pay
Die, my angel
Join me once more
I'll be waiting for you
To enter Hell's fiery door
