Chapter 2

Princess Emily's POV

I woke up to the sun shining in my face. It's a beautiful day today. Speaking of today, it's my oldest daughter, Bridget's, birthday. I can't believe on this day eighteen years ago I had her. Gosh I'm so old. I was only sixteen when I had her.

I sat up and stretched. I looked over at my husband, Harry and nudged him.

"Get up you lazy arse. It's your daughters birthday," I said. He groaned and sat up and stretched.

"Don't remind me that by baby girl is growing up. I mean she's old enough to get married," he said.

"Remember, we were eighteen when we got married."

"I do. And it was the best day of my life," he smiled and kissed me. I kissed him back then got up.

"Come on get up. Get ready. We have breakfast with everyone. The Doctor wants to talk with us before Bridget gets there," I said as I got ready.

I put on my purple gown with gold glitter on it and my purple slippers. Heels were never my thing. I brushed my long, dark blonde hair and braided it. I put on my crown to finish the look. I then turned to my handsome prince and we walked hand in hand to the dining room.

When we got there, The Doctor was waiting and looking out the window. He looked a little nervous. I cleared my throat and he turned around.

"Oh, good morning Prince Harry and Princess Emily," he bowed, " how are you this morning?"

"Hello Doctor, we're well thank you," I smiled.

"I need to ask you something," he said. He looks so nervous. I think I know what it is.

"Well, Bridget and I have been seeing each other for a long time and I really love her and I was...well, wondering if I could, well, have permission to marry her?" he asked. I smiled. I love him and Bridget together. They really love each other. She talks about him all the time.

I looked over to Harry. He had a smirk on his face. He looked at me and we both smiled.

"Yes, you have our permission," Harry smiled. The Doctor smiled. Then, Maddie and Bridget walked in. Soon, everyone else joined along with the kids.

After breakfast, I wanted to spend some time with my daughter. We walked out to the garden and sat by the small pond. This will probably be the last day I spend with my daughter when she's not engaged.

"Bridget, I just want to say happy eighteenth birthday. I love you so much,'' I hugged her.

"Thanks. I love you too mother," she smiled and hugged me back.

"I have something for you," I said and gave her a small box. She opened it and pulled out a necklace with a heart on it. On the back was engraved "Bridget Larissa Styles"

"Thank you so much!" She exclaimed and hugged me again. I smiled.

"Your welcome." I helped put it on her.

"Mom, can Uncle Tom, Uncle Max, Uncle Jay, and Uncle Siva please come today? It would mean a lot to me," she asked. She had become very close with them. Only Nathan lived in the palace because he was married to Christine. The rest of them lived in the villages.

"Ill do my best. I'm fine if They come, but I have to ask Louis," I sighed.

"Yay! Thank you!" she smiled and ran off with The Doctor.

"I would prefer they stay with the peasants," Louis said. I was trying to get him to let my brother and his friends to come to Bridget's party. It's not going to well.

"Please Louis? It would mean the world to her. And she's eighteen," I begged. He gave me a look and sighed.

"Alright. But no trouble or you have to deal with it," he said.

"I got it. And thanks." And I went to find Nathan.

I found him walking with Christine. They are too cute.

"Hey Nathan. Hey Christine. How are you?'' I asked.

"We're well, thank you" Christine smiled.

"Nathan I need to talk with you for a moment," I said. He nodded and kissed Christine goodbye and walked with me.

"What do you need?" he asked.

"I need you to get the boys. Bridget wants them there and only you know where they live. Will you please bring them?" I asked.

He sighed and smiled, "well, I guess if its for Princess Bridget then yes."

I smiled and hugged him. "You're the greatest friend ever!"

"I know."
