Chapter 10

Princess Emily's POV

Wonderful. Just wonderful. We can't even go three years without someone trying to declare a freakin war on us. Louis is going to be pissed.

"Well, guess you better go tell Uncle Louis about this," Bridget said as she patted Harry on the back.

"Well, I'm off to see The Doctor. Have fun figuring this out."

"I don't think so," I said grabbing the back of her dress. "You are going to take care of your brother and sister while your father and I talk with the queen."

"Ugh. Mom!"

"The Doctor can watch them with you. Please Bridget."

"Fine. Only because I love you," she smiled and took off with the children.

"LOUIS WE HAVE ANOTHER SITUATION ON OUR HANDS!" I exclaimed as Harry and I burst into the throne room.

"Let me guess, the kitchen ran out of food again?" he asked sarcastically.

"No, and that was one time-"

"It never ran out. You over exaggerated," Harry interrupted me.

"Whatever. Anyway, The Land of Far Far Away just tried to attack us," I said.

"I know. Do you honestly think I don't hear when my windows break?"

"Well then," I put my hands up in surrender. "What do you want me to do about this?"

"Are there any prisoners?"

"Yes, just one," Harry answered.

"Alright. Emily, since you are in charge of discipline for this kingdom, you are going to be dealing with this today. Go see what you can get out of the prisoner."

"Yes your majesty." Harry and I left the room.

"Well, I have a questioning to do. I'll see you at dinner," I said to Harry.

"Alright. I love you,'' he smiled.

"Love you too," I pecked his lips and left for the dungeon.

"Are you sure you want to be in there alone, princess? It's dangerous to be alone," Ashton warned me as we walked through the halls of the dungeon. It was dark and creepy down here.

"Fine, you may be in the room with me," I said as we arrived at his door. Ashton unlocked it and we walked in. Sitting on the bench was the prisoner with his arms crossed and a smirk on his face.

"Nice of you to join me princess," he smirked. "Why'd you bring a guard? it's not as fun when you're not alone."

I walked up to him and smacked him hard on the face.

"Damn, you're feisty. I like that," he smirked again. Ew. Leave me alone.

"DO NOT SPEAK TO YOUR PRINCESS IN THAT WAY!" Ashton exclaimed.

"She's not my princess, I can do whatever I want."

"In this kingdom, I'm your princess. Now, we can do this the easy way or the hard way. Your choice. Now, tell me, why did you come and try to overthrow us?" I asked. He stayed silent.

"ANSWER ME!" Still nothing.

"Huh, trying to be loyal. I'll get it out of you one way or another."

"Not everyone here is loyal," he smirked again.

"What's that supposed to mean?" I asked irritated.

He just smirked before I left.

Stressful day. First, Maddie's crazy wedding, second, the goddamn annoying peasant, and third, Christine is pregnant! Why didn't she tell me?

I walked to the library and found her there.

"Hey Christine," I said, "is there something you want to tell me?"

"Nope," she answered, "nothing I can think of."

"Anything to do with, oh I don't know, children?"

"Nope."

"Anything that has to do with a swollen abdomen for about nine months?"

"Not ringing a bell."

"Anything that has to do with getting larger?"

"Nah ah."

"OHMYGAWD ARE YOU PREGNANT?"

"Oh, yeah I am. " I face palmed and then hugged her.

"Yay another baby! If you need help just ask," I told her.

"Don't worry, I will."
