Nepeta watched as Gamzee choked Equius. She was horrified. She wanted to scream ,she wanted to kill, she wanted to do the most horrible things to Gamzee. She decided to attack.
She jumped out of the grate, angling her claws at Gamzee's neck. But she'd jumped to high, giving Gamzee the chance to grab her wrist and break it. A loud crack echoed in the room. Nepeta cried out in pain and tried to escape his grip. Gamzee held fast. He dragged her claws across his face, then let go. Nepeta scurried away from him, trying to put as much distance between them. She only managed to get so far before her wrist began to burn.
Gamzee walked towards her slowly, weapons in hand. Nepeta began to cry out frantically, hoping someone would hear her and come to the rescue.
"Karkat! Terezi! Anyone, help!"
"AHAHAHA. You think someone will come save you now, kitty? They won't m***erf***king come. I made sure," Gamzee said with a look of insanity on his face. He honked a couple times, then brought his club down on Nepeta. She screamed.
"Somebody, please, HELP!" Nepeta couldn't fight him off in this condition.
"Equius, please wake up. EQUIUS!!!" She began inching towards him.
"Sadly, your little moirail won't be joining us now. But you'll be joining him soon. HONK." Gamzee smiled sadistically as he continued to beat Nepeta.
Nepeta kept trying to move towards Equius. Finally, she reached him and held onto him. "Equius, I-AH- I just wanted you to kn-know that you were the best m-moirail a troll could ever a-ask for..."
Gamzee delivered one final blow before Nepeta went down. The last thing she felt was Equius' warm hand beneath hers, slowly becoming colder.
