Ayanna's POV
I am ready to leave this stupid hospital. I want to figure out what I am! I know I'm a demon of some sort, but am I dangerous? My eyes were red, my face stone. This morning I went to go look at myself and I was back to normal. Jake said my eyes were red when I woke up. Jake said we're leaving the hospital today so hopefully I figure out what's going on.
Jake's POV
Ayanna is anxious. I can tell whenever I get close to her she gets uncomfortable. I kissed her and I couldn't be happier, so why isn't she? I'm excited to find out what is going on with her. She can't be demon, she is too perfect to be considered anything but perfect! I...I love her..? I don't know anymore. I don't think she likes me. I mean I know she can feel the mate pull, so what is going on? Denial?
