NIALL'S POV

"VANESSA" ,I tried to stop her from opening the box but she had almost opened the box.
I jumped over the couch where she was sitting and I was over her it was like we were just inches apart ,it was like if I had moved a little then our lips would touch. So then I decided that moving would make the situation more awkward so I stayed over her and then I said what I was actually going to so that she would not open the gift, "Vanessa I heard from some people outside that there is a beautiful scene outside with the moon shining brightly and the still water . So I just came over to ask you if you would like to go there and check it out." I found her to be lost in her own world so I tried to get her out .
"Vanessa!! Are you okay."
"Yeah I am find. I am perfectly fine but I would have been much better if you were not over me like you are right now."
"I am extremely sorry for this.",I got up from over her while saying this.
Then she sat back and then there was the dreadful awkward silence all around the room.
Then at last after a couple of minutes she broke it.
"So there is this beautiful view out there right? So let's go and check it out."
"Yes sure.", I said pretty unknown that what should I say after this.

VANESSA'S POV

I was about to open the box as I was really excited to see what Niall had bought for me. So as I was opening the box, I heard Niall scream from across the hallway when I raised my head to see what was happening I found that he was rushing over to the couch. And before I could even react he was all over me on the couch. It was like he would almost kiss me and at that moment even if he would have kissed I would not have stopped him from doing so. I don't know why I would not have stopped him but I am pretty much sure that I would have done that. After a few seconds he began saying something. He was talking something about the moon and water I think but I was too engrossed in looking at him,his blue eyes... and then suddenly he just snapped me out of my thoughts and I have no idea why but I told him to get off me. Then when we sat back I processed what he we trying to say sometime ago and then I told him that we should also go to see that beautiful scene out there.
We headed out to then beach again and when we were on the beach Niall talked to a few people around and he hired a boat for us to go boating to see whatever Niall was talking about. So then we were in the boat. It was a really sweet and simple boat. It was a boat of two only. Two words to say about it was that it was decent and beautiful. We had a green one,I don't know why we had taken this colour maybe Niall was really fond of that colour. At last we reached the spot where we were heading to and I had to accept that it was beautiful beyond imagination. I mean what else can you expect from Niall he has always got the best planned out. I say this though I haven't known him for long. The moon was shining brightly and the still water in the moonlight looked extremely nice. I got my hand in the cold water and it was something I experienced after so long, around 5 years later had I experienced this peace of mind and calmness at heart. I felt really relieved. Then I looked up and the first thing I saw was Niall smiling at me and I swear that was the brightest smile I had ever seen.
"Isn't this amazing. Everything today seems to be so beautiful and perfect."
"I know that is pretty much what I was going to say.",he said.
"There are many things about which you think Niall but you never say it ."
"Yeah I know and honestly there are many things I haven't said to you or actually to anyone.",he said his voice was much more deep.
"So tell me. If you don't have any problems with that."
"Vanessa there is a lot I want to tell but the most important thing is that....is that...I...um..."
At the same time his mobile rang. So he got his mobile out of his pocket and then his expression suddenly changed to a tense one. His eyes were widened as he look at the screen. But then he rejected the call and put his mobile back in his pocket.

NIALL'S POV

I was about to tell her what I thought of her but at that very moment my mobile had to ring and then I just thought that this is really not working well as well as I had thought it to, I mean I should not tell her about this today. Many things that are happening today are some if the signs that tell me that I am not supposed to tell her about this today.
But then let's get back to the last thing that happened my mobile was ringing and it was a call from the most unexpected people I have ever heard from. I have not told you people maybe that I have been receiving some threatening calls form people since few months and I am not that fool that I have not told the boys or Simon about this but he just told me to calm down as he thought that it would be better if we do not tell about this to the police as then it would be a bigger mess and it would also affect our new album release.
Furthermore he told me and the other boys to concentrate on the new album and he reassured that these guys would not be able to harm as he would be taking special care about it. This was the secret about whom no one has heard since the last few months, not even the boys' girlfriends.
But then the mobile rang again and this time all of this was getting on my nerve, so then I picked up the call and then there was this voice that I never wanted to hear again.
"Hello Niall Horan, happy to hear my voice again? Whatever it is for you I am really happy to see that you have picked up my call. And I am sure you will regret this act of yours."
"Shut your mouth, I am never really interested in hearing your voice. So just shut up."
"You would regret what you have done Niall Horan. Just wait and watch what will come next."
"I would eagerly wait for it. I will wait and watch."
When I raised my eyes from the cell I saw Vanessa look at me with all the confusion and concern.
I told her all about it as I was no longer in the situation to contain it within. I know this was a dangerous step to tell her all about it as now the only person who knows about this except for one direction and Simon, is Vanessa.
After all of this I had to take some rest and she understood that very well. So then we head back to the beach house and then she is again back at the gift and wants to open it. When I understand that I cannot be able to stop her from doing that I let her open it but she takes it to the next level and tells me that she would wear it and see. I can't stop her and I let her go. She then comes out wearing a Minnie Mouse T-shirt and shorts. "Who told you that I love Mickey and Minnie Mouse.",she said excited.
"I just got to know.",I say with a bit confused look.
"Anyways I just love it thank-you so much. What are you going to wear. Like you would not be sleeping in this right?"
"I think I have to."
"But look, here in the cupboard there is a gift for you as well. Go change and come back soon."
"Ah okay I will.", I say awkwardly as I think of what would be there in the box.
After a few minutes I come out wearing the same colour of T-shirt which Vanessa was wearing except for the fact that Mickey Mouse was there on it.
She loved it and then we ate some Oreos that were there in the closet in the kitchen, then we were tired so we decided to go to bed.
But then I realized that we have only one bed out here and maybe I told you that the couch is so small that whoever would sleep on it would have a bad backache in his back.
So the only resort was that I and Vanessa would have to sleep in one bed itself.
We got back to the room and then Vanessa broke the awkward silence in the room.
"So I think we have to sleep o. The same bed I think."
"Yeah me to. But if you want me to then I will sleep on the couch."
"No you don't have to. We will manage it on the same bed."
Then I think that this would be fine and so does she, so we began arranging the pillows and the sheets and when we were done with it I asked it for the one last time,
"Are you sure you are okay with it?"
