Chapter 1

Junior. Never thought I'd make it to a Junior in high school. I never really did like High School. But I did make a lot of friends. And had huge crushes. But it's all over now. In Texas, everything is pretty lame. Of course, some people think that Texan people have farms and everything. That's a huge stereotype. But go figure. In 1 week, I'm going to the City to go to some weird show my sister wants to go to. In my case I find the Gay Parade a little interesting. Its not that I'm gay or anything. I'm more of Bicurious type of person. Its starting at 5 pm. Me and my friend, Angelica are planning on going. Her sister in the other hand, dosent want to go. Its rare to have a parade in October. But ehh. My last class of the day is English 3. Angelicas sister, Nancy is there.

"Hey Nancy" I say to her as I walk in late. "Hey. So are you excited for today.?" she asked."Well not really." I say."You should be. Jake Bass is going to be there."."Jake Who?".!Jake Bass!!!The hottest gay porn star!!!"."well I have a strictly No porn star policy."."I didn't say talk to him or have sex with him you know. I just put it out there."."I see. Well whatever.".

It was Friday and early dismissal. That meant I had like 4 hours to get ready and pick Angie up. I wore what I usually wear. My black jacket, black vans, my dark blue jeans, and my Taylor Swift T Shirt. By 4:30 pm I was ready to go. I went for Angie and she got in."Did your sister change her mind?" I ask Angelica."Yupp". As soon as she said that Nancy was running down the stairs of the apartments."Well, look who decided to join us."."Shut Up and drive Alexander." she said. "That's Jasper Alexander Swift to you, you little twat." I say."You wish that was your name Link" Angie says. I wished. I mean who wouldn't. A name like Link is weird and rare. By the time we got to the city, it was 5:09 pm. A little late but whatever. We parked and went where people were. To be kinda honest. There were hot people in there. "Well I'm going to look for Jake you guys" Nancy said."Yeah ok. Me and Angie are going to the Starbucks nearby." It was funny seeing Nancy looking for a Guy who was impossible to find. I didn't even know how he looked like at all. Nor I didn't care. As I walk in, I ask Angie what does she want."Ill take a frappucino."." Make it two. Just in case for your sister." Hi welcome to Starbucks, what would you like today." asked the girl."Hi I would like 3 Chocolate frappucinos please."."That'll be $8.57"."Here's a ten dollar bill. Keep the change for yourself." She smiles and says thank you. As we wait for our order, I notice a guy looking at me. He has the prettiest eyes I've ever seen and I notice a tattoo in his neck. It looks adorable on him. I smile and he smiles back."Let's sit over there Angie" I say pointing at the table in front of the cute Guy. We sit and I look out the window. I spot Nancy still looking for Jake. But it seems like a waste of time."Do you think your sister will ever find Jake Bass?" I ask. I notice the guy look over when I said Jake Bass's name." I doubt it. I mean he could be anywhere." Angelica said."Order for 543"."That's us" I say."Ill go get it." I say. "Order for 568". Then the guy stands too. I go get my coffees and he gets his too. I walk back to my table and sit down. Then I notice the guy coming straight at me.

"Oh no." I say."What is it?" Angelica asks."That guy is coming towards us" I say."Hi" he says in a soft tone."Hi" I smile."You dropped this" he says handing me a 20 dollar bill to me. "Oh my God!! Thanks!!!" I say."Hey no problem. so you're here for the festival?" he asks with a curiosity."As a matter of fact, yea we are"."That's a coincidence cause so am I. Would you mind if I hang with y'all. I just got here."." Yea no problem!!!" I say really fast."Were going to go find her sister. Care to join?" I ask."Not at all" he says. As we walk outside I notice him looking at me. It's cute. "My name is-" he says but Nancy comes out from the crowd screaming"Jake Bass!!!!". Then I got it."You're Jake Bass?!" I say. He smiles and says"Is that bad?". I couldn't believe it. He was a porn star!!!. Never saw it coming.

"Omfg!!!!can I take a picture with you Jake!!" Nancy asked."He smiled at her and said"Sure why not" he said. I just stared at him. How can a beautiful hot Guy like him be a porn star. Its preposterous!!!!

Nancy and Jake talked a lot. I was stuck with Angelica for the rest of the festival. When it ended, we went to my car, With Jake behind us. Angelica and Nancy got in. Just as I was going to go in, Jake stops me."Hey um.. look...I was wondering, would you like to hang out sometime. You know to get to know eachother?". I was speechless. He was asking me out on a date!!!"Um....sure why not Jake" I say."Great!!!So this Saturday maybe?" he asks."Sure" I say with a smile. I give him my number and we go our seperate ways.

"So what did Jake ask?" Nancy asks."Nothing" I lie. I was going on a date with Jake Bass. That's all that mattered.
