| LOGAN |
Promotion for Logan's new movie; Sea of Monsters, has slowed down to a more manageable speed and the young actor couldn't be more grateful. The constant travel from one city to another has definitely taken a toll on him. However, there's still plenty of people left he needs to visit. Up next on his schedule; an interview with Ellen DeGeneres. As a big fan himself of the comedian, Logan was actually excited for the interview taking place in approximate an hour. With both elbows resting against the armrests of the seat, Logan remained still as the woman began applying light makeup on him. When his acting career had taken off, he was a bit taken off guard by the amount of makeup that was necessary to go in front of a camera- he's gotten used to it by now.
"Logan, the chances of Ellen asking you about Selena are high- you know how she is." Logan's publicist said as she stood beside him, her eyes focused on the mirror reflecting Logan himself. "Yeah, I'm aware of that, and I know what I'm supposed to do. Don't worry, I can handle any questions about Selena she throws at me." After being asked about a hundred times about Selena, he's gotten pretty good at dodging any questions about her.
Logan's publicist nodded at Logan, pleased with his response. "I'm glad to hear that. Good luck out there." With a pat on his shoulder, she turned her back to him and walked away. A sigh escaped his lips as he shifted his body to be more comfortable on the seat.
"I think you two would make a cute couple." The woman who was applying Logan's makeup suddenly spoke. The boy's eyebrows furrowed in confusion at her words. "Me and publicist!?" He exclaimed, a bit creeped out at what the woman had suggested. A chuckle escaped the blond's lips before she shook her head from side to side. "No! I meant you and Selena." She replied before setting the small brush on her head down.
"Oh.." Logan said, his head nodding slightly, processing what she had said. "Thank you but, I don't even know Selena." It appears as though his world has been completely taken over by Selena Gomez, and he's still not sure whether that's a good thing or a bad thing. "In this business, I'm sure you'll meet her soon enough." The woman said, as she applied the finishing touches to his makeup. "All done!" she announced. With a smile, Logan stood up and adjusted his suit jacket. "Thank you." He said to the woman, before walking away and sitting in one of the sofas as he awaiting for his interview to begin.
20 MINUTES LATER
"Here to talk about his new movie; Sea of Monsters, please welcome Logan Lerman!" The blonde comedian announced as the crowed stood up on their feet and cheered for the actor. A grin was plastered as he jogged down the steps before making his way towards where Ellen had her arms wide open to welcome him into an embrace.
4 HOURS EARLIER
| SELENA |
Selena's fingers run through her hair as she steps inside her apartment after spending 2 hours in a meeting with her management team. It was decided that she was to take a break from music and go back to her roots; acting. She was actually quite relieved when they had all come to that agreement. Though she loved touring and meeting her fans, the whole process was incredibly stressful and she really needed a break.
Her handbag is thrown towards the sofa near by without care before making her way to the kitchen where she knows there's a Delicious choc late cupcake awaiting her baked by the one and only, Taylor Swift. A smile tugs on her lips when the first bite is taken and the another. By the fourth bite, the cupcake had vanished and she was now drinking a glass of water. When she placed the glass on her kitchen counter, he cellphone starting ringing indicated that she was receiving a call.
She jogged towards the sofa where she had thrown her bag and reached for her phone. Selena blinked, confused as to why Ellen was calling her. From what she was aware, she wasn't supposed to be making an appearance on The Ellen show. Selena shrugged her shoulders, pushing all her questions aside and answering the call.
"Hey Ellen!" She greeted enthusiastically.
"Selena, hey! How are you?" Ellen asked, with what Selena expected to be a smile on her face.
"I'm doing great, just about to put on some sweats and watch whatever's on TV." Selena replied, with a light chuckle. She flung her body on her sofa, wanting to be comfortable for the conversation ahead.
"That's sounds great, but you know what would be better?" Ellen questioned, causing Selena to take a greater interest on their conversation.
"Oh yeah? What would that be?" She said, intrigued in whatever Ellen had in mind.
"Meeting Logan Lerman."
Selena's eyes opened wide when she finally was able to process what Ellen had said. Her lips parted wanting nothing more than to say, Yes! Yes! But instead, she remained speechless.
"I'm taking your silence as a yes. Logan's going to be on the show today, in about five hours or so to talk about his new movie and I think this is a great opportunity for you two finally meet. I sent a driver to your apartment, you should expect him to be there in an hour or so. Dress to impress, he's your celebrity crush after all." Ellen chuckled over the phone before hanging up.
Selena remained speechless with her phone still pressed against her ear. Slowly, she sat up and the phone dropped down to the cushion of the couch. It took her a good 30 seconds before she sprinted to her room in excitement with a hint of panic. She was finally getting the opportunity to meet Logan and Ellen was right, she had to dress to impress. It's not like she was madly in love with him or anything, it's just that he's such a sweetheart and his eyes, his eyes are just gorgeous! She's not expecting anything other than a friendly conversation and maybe even hug.
Once she had decided on an outfit, she took a quick shower knowing that the driver was going to show up soon. She decided on not putting on a lot of makeup, not wanting to overdue it and give the impression that she was trying too hard. God knows he probably thinks she's some kind of stalker.
As she was doing the last minute touches on her hair, a bell indicated that there was someone on the gate outside of her home. Knowing it was the driver, she finished doing her hair and grabbed her bag before exiting her home and meeting the driver outside.
When she was finally inside the car, the realization that she was actually meeting Logan Lerman hit and her heartbeat quickened its pace. " I'm going to meet Logan Lerman." She said to herself, with a hand pressed against her beating heart.

Ellen as expected, kept him with a smile on his face throughout the interview. One thing he didn't fail to notice was the lack of mention of Selena's name in their conversation. He brushed it away though, feeling slightly relieved he wasn't going to be put on the spot by Ellen herself.
"Logan, I have a surpise for you." Ellen announced, once the commercial had ended and the interview began once again.
Logan's eyebrows raised in surprise, not expected to hear those words from her. "Is it another pair of underwear again?" He teased, feeling comfortable with the whole situation. His smile transformed into a grin when the audiance laughed at what he had said.
"Oh, this is way better than Ellen underwear." She said to him before facing the crowd. "Ladies and gentleman, please welcome.. Selena Gomez!" Ellen exclaimed, causing the whole crowd to scream from the top of their lungs.
Logan's eyes widened before he shifted his body slightly to look in the direction of where the huge, blue doors were being opened. Once he finally was able to see, only two words managed to escape his lips.
"Holy shit."
