Reunited

I can finally leave this... room. I've been here for a week while all of my wounds heal. The one that took the longest was internal. My hearing was damaged by the jabberjays. I know it was only a few, but they damaged my hearing. I'll say that much. Nothing else. Just a few stab wounds from the bloodbath that didn't really hurt. I get up and see my tribute outfit sitting at the edge of my bed. My eyes go wide and I start panicking. I'm going back. Someone didn't die and now I have to go back. Then I realize that all victors wear their tribute outfits to meet their team. I of my outfit on and feel the notes that Finnick gave me in my pocket. I smile and walk out of my room. The first person I hug is Eric.

"I missed you big brother" I say, and I'm crying.
"No. Don't cry Ariel. I'm glad you made it back.
"Me too" I say, smiling through the tears, "But I'm a monster" I say.
"You're not. You did what you had to so you could be here" Eric says, and I nod, he gives me one last hug and I move on to Andrius, Scarlette, Julio, Celeste, and Petunia. Then I get to him. Finnick. I run up to him and jump up and wrap my legs around his waist. I kiss him, and smile.
  "I love you" I say, smiling and crying tears of joy.
  "I love you too" Finnick says and I smile. Tears are still running down my face and I'm hugging Finnick.

  "Alright lovebirds. I have to separate you so I can prepare Ariel for her interview" Andrius says and I blush. I walk with Andrius, Scarlette, Celeste, and Julio to the prep area.  I'm still smiling, and there's a jump in my step. I'm happy to be alive, I killed to be here. Literally killed. I killed at least 10 people, just to be here. I bet if I didn't, someone else would be with their family, love, and team. I'm ushered into a prep room, and as soon and my prep team sees my legs, one almost faints. Lovely, right? Now the fun begins.

This was a filler chapter, I'm trying to make up for the arena day I skipped.
