"What could he possibly want with me?" I ask for the fourth time this night.

"I don't even know, maybe he wants to apologize?"

"I highly doubt it."

We shut the lights off and quickly fall asleep.

I hadn't meant to sleep here, since I don't have much of my stuff with me.

I wake up to the sound of construction work outside.

Jess is awake too, scrolling through her phone.

"I should leave." I say.

She shakes her head. "You wouldn't have time, you'll be late for class."

I check the time.

She is right.

"I don't have any clothes or makeup-"

"You can borrow my stuff, I don't mind."

I give in. I guess I'm borrowing her stuff for the day.

We search through her closet, it consists of band shirts, band shirts, and band shirts.

"Gosh Jess, anything other than band shirts?"

She laughs. "Nope."

I pull out a random shirt in my size.

The shirt is black and I am wearing black jeans so people would think I'm emo or something.

Oh well.

After putting 0 effort into getting ready, we leave the dorm.

People are already outside, talking, laughing, making out.

The usual.

We awkwardly walk to her car, we could walk to campus, but we decide not to. The dormitories are a few blocks away from the buildings we have class in.

Most people live where Jess does.

We get into the car, Jess quickly starting the engine.

"Gosh you're awfully quiet." I stammer.

She sighs. "Sorry,"

She turns the radio down as we get close to campus.

"Hey can I tell you something?" She asks.

I nod.

"I was out last night."

I frown. This isn't really something she'd be so flustered about.

"Yeah so?"

She sighs. "I-I thought you'd be upset that I didn't take you."

"I wouldn't go anyways, I don't party. We both know that." I tease.

She smiles. "Ha yeah."

Usually we'd spend ten minutes talking outside but Jess quickly leaves and goes to class.

Unusual of her.

I decide to ignore it, she's probably tired from last night or whatever.

I manage to survive walking to my first class, still no sign of Riley.

Maybe I scared him off.

"Ella."

I spin around, startled.

"This isn't your first class." I say.

Harry.

"I would appreciate it if you gave me a minute to speak to you."

"60, 59-"

"Make it five minutes actually." He says, flashing a smile.

"Fine."

I don't know why I agreed to this.

We go out into the field, we decide to skip our first class together.

I still don't know why I'm doing this.

"I need five minutes to talk, don't interrupt me and flip a load of shit when I say something wrong,"

He put his hands through his hair. "Like you tend to do."

I groan. "No promises. But make this reasonable since I skipped my first class to talk to you."

He smiles, a dimple appearing.

"Why'd you sleep with him?" The words escape his mouth faster than I had seen them.

I'm infuriated, I want to punch him.

"Why does it matter to you who I sleep and don't sleep with?" I snap.

He rolls his eyes. "Don't be so hard to deal with."

"Maybe I did sleep with him, why do you care?"

Harry's cheeks suddenly turn bright pink.

"If he did sleep with you then how'd he do it?" He smirks.

He knows I can't answer this.

Even if i did sleep with Riley, I couldn't answer this.

"I'm not giving you details!" I squeal. He laughs.

"You're still a virgin too, in the way you act. How you speak." He snaps.

I can feel the heat rising in my cheeks.

"Don't speak to me like that, you're never rude!" I say, stepping away from him.

He only steps closer.

"Rude? I'm just stating the facts, sorry Melanie." He giggles, pleased with his choice of words to stab me with.

"I am not a virgin." I lie.

He laughs. "You are."
