Midnight Horror

Chapter 3 - Midnight Horror.

'Wait don't we have to pick up the pizzas?' Caitlen asked.

'No, we're getting them delivered' Ariana said.

Ariana's mum stopped the car, they were home.

The girls ran up the hallway and into Arianas bedroom, Caitlen put the disc in her DVD player.

Knock knock

'The pizza guy is here' Caitlen said.

'Can you answer it, I'm just brushing my hair' Ariana yelled from the bathroom

Caitlen walked up the hallway and opened the door.

'Hi, um here you go' Caitlen said handing him the money.

He passed her the three pizzas.

'Yum! I can smell them from here!' Ariana yelled.

Ariana came racing down the hallway. 'Pizza!' She yelled.

They both dived into the pizza and took a big bite.

'Lets take these to my bedroom' Ariana said chewing her pizza. 'Mum! Your pizzas on the bench!'

'Um it's nine o'clock I think we should start the movie' Ariana said scoffing down more pizza.

'Kay, wait do you want me to get the snacks?' Caitlen said.

'Oh um, no don't worry, MUM!' Ariana yelled. 'Can you bring us our snacks, and drinks!?'

They could hear Arianas mums footsteps coming up the hallway.

'I'm not your slave' Her mum said giving them their food.

'Thanks' Ariana said laughing.

Caitlen began opening her milk bottles.

'Shh! The movies starting' Ariana whispered.

Two hours later.....

'it actually wasn't that scary..' Caitlen said shivering.

'Oh please! You were hiding under the blanket, and not to mention THROWING THE POPCORN ALL OVER THE FLOOR! Ariana laughed.

'Well...' Caitlen said shaking her head. 'What's the time?'

'It's eleven fifty, I just need to use the bathroom, be right back' Ariana said

Caitlen sat there waiting for Ariana to get back.

BOOM! Came the lightning from outside.

'WHAT WAS THAT!?' Ariana shreiked racing down the hallway.

'I don't know, but it sure scared me!' Caitlen said.

'Its almost as if its day outside but really gloomy and grey' Ariana said shaking. 'Whats going on!? I'm going to go find my mum'

Ariana looked all over the house for her mum, she wasn't in her bedroom, the kitchen, the loungeroom, she just couldn't be found! Ariana looked outside, it was grey, and it was gloomy, her mums car was still here, she really was no where to be found. Ariana ran back into her bedroom.

'I can't find her anywhere, this is a.. This is a disaster!' Ariana screamed.

'Well.. Can we go find one of your neighbours?' Caitlen said.
