Chapter: Six

I jog down the driveway towards Mitch. I stand next to him and turn to look at him.

“Mitch I-” he walks away from me. I follow him trying to make him feel better. I touch his shoulder then he breaks away and sprints into the house.

“Great” I mumble as I hear the door of a room upstairs slam shut. I feel the cold September wind flow through my hair and I slowly make my way inside. I lay down on the couch and fall asleep to the sounds of Wake me up when September ends on my ipod.

Mitch's POV

I sit up on my bed thinking about what my two best friends had just told me. I read some of the comments on a few of my videos and the fans seemed to cheer me up. I decide to try to find someone to record with tonight for my fans who are awaiting a video. I log onto skype and call Preston.

“Hey Preston” I say in the most positive voice I can muster.

“Mitch I am sorry but what you did is not right. You need to talk to Mat and Jerome.” he said in the most serious voice I have ever heard him say. I try to reply, but he hangs up and logs off skype. I throw my laptop across the room. Lay down on my bed and try to fall asleep without thinking about what just happened. I look over at the clock and realize I have been in my room for three hours. I begin to think about Ashley. One side of me wants to rush downstairs and kick her out on my house but the other side likes her a lot. I did enjoy spending the day with her. I don't know what to do at this point so I just lay down on my bed and stare at the ceiling.

Ashley's POV

I wake up hearing something crash upstairs. I stand up and start to walk towards Mitch's room. What do I say to him. I ruined his friendships with Jerome and Mat. I stand in front of his door and finally get enough courage to knock on his door.

“Mitch open the door” I say trying not to get him angry. I hear him get up and walk towards the doorway. He opens it and he looks terrible. I see broken glass and items scattered around his room.

“What” he says blankly staring at me.

“Mitch it was my fault for making you late to the livestream. I'm sorry” he looks at me for a second.

“Ashley I should have told them I care about you and you were not just another fangirl.” I hugged him almost crying and he hugged me back. He brought me to the room next to his and we both said goodnight. Neither of us would have expected what was going to happen the following day.
