Do You Remember Me

Chapter 2. Reunion part 2.

Jason’s pov.

 I looked over my shoulder and saw Piper practically dragging Annabeth to where Chiron and I were standing.

 I checked my watch. It was exactly 9:30. Then I noticed a bus pull up in front of the hill.

 Leo had some work to do in the workshop so he couldn’t come meet the famous Percy Jackson. I’m really exited to meet this Percy guy.

 All four of us stood at the top of the hill and watched the three figures emerge from the bottom of the hill and start walking up it.

 Annabeth’s pov.

 I can see Percy’s figure coming up the hill. I think I'm going to faint! What if he doesn’t remember me!

 Piper noticed me hyperventilating and put a and on my shoulder and said,

“Annabeth, Everything is going to be fine.”

 I turned away because I felt my eyes tearing up.

 When Percy and his two other people reached the top of the hill, all carrying backpacks, I couldn’t take my eyes off of Percy.

 I was about to run and jump into his arms when I noticed that he looked a little different now. Almost like a whole new person.

Then he turned to the girl on his right and put his arm around her.

I could bear to watch anymore! I darted off into the woods not even looking back.

I can't believe this! He has forgotten me! That’s probably his girlfriend!

 I kept running and running, with tears pouring down my face. When I reached a big rock. I sat down next to it and started sobbing.

Percy’s pov.

 When we reached the top of the hill, I turned to hazel and put my arm around her and I was just about to introduce her when a girl with curly blond hair darted off into the woods.

Wait a second… a girl with blond curly hair?! Could this be the girl I have had dreams about all these nights.  The girl that I cant stop thinking about?

 A boy with messy blond hair interrupted my thinking by saying,

  “Welcome Percy! Sorry about that… Um anyway… I'm Jason, this is Piper and this is Chiron.”

 Jason gestured to a girl with brown wavy hair and perfect make up and a man half horse.

 I was starting to say, “Who was...”

But then the girl, Piper interrupted me. “Never mind that.”

She looked at me with anger in her eyes.

 “Who are these people?” She said gesturing to Hazel and Frank.

 “This is Hazel and this Is Frank,” I said looking to the two people beside me.

Piper nodded her head, and then Chiron took over.

“Welcome Percy, Hazel, and Frank.”  “Jason will give Percy and Frank a tour around camp and Piper will give Hazel a tour around camp.”   We all nodded our heads and followed out tour guides.

*A couple hours later*

Jason finished our tour around the same time that Piper finished giving Hazel a tour, along with a new makeover. Frank and me giggled like little girls when she came to greet us.

Hazel had purple eye shadow on, hot pink lip-gloss, and some mascara. Hazel gave us a nasty look and Frank immediately said

“I think she looks good.” with a small chuckle at the end.

Hazel just walked away and Frank got up yelling her name running after her, saying

“HAZEL! I’M SORRY! YOU LOOK GREAT! COME BACK!!”

 “Oh the things boyfriends do for their girlfriends…” I whispered to my self.

Talking about girlfriends, is that girl with the blond curly hair and the grey eyes my girlfriend? Maybe that girl with the blond curly hair is that mystery girli have been having freams about? I know I love her and still do, but were we dating? I couldn’t remember?

Piper wont let anyone tell me who that girl that ran away from mewas, or anything from my past… except for some heroic things i did. I wonder why? Maybe if I just heard her name I would remember.

 I ate dinner at the Poseidon table alone and still couldn’t find that girl.

After dinner I got up and started looking around for her. I couldn’t find her anywhere. I gave up a decided to start looking again tomorrow. I headed to my cabin and once I hit the bed, I fell into a deep sleep.

*Percy’s dream*

 I was sitting on a the beach at a lake with my arm around that mystery girl. She looked up at me and said,

“I love you”

I leaned in for a kiss and said,

“I love you too”

When she pulled away from the kiss I tried to study the features of her face,

Then a noise interrupted my dream *BEEP BEEP*

*Percy’s dream ends*
