I have a tendency to watch YouTube. A lot. After my first time drawing blood self harming , I needed something, anything to distract myself with. I had be at school then, so I listened to the story was telling me and finished the worksheet we had to do. I ended up doing hers to. I remember it being 3rd or 4th period, before lunch, and me being really quite the rest of the day. When I got home, I cleaned the small cut and it stung. That pain made me want to do it again. So,  I got my small first aid kit and the knife my dad gave me. And I just sat there. I dropped the knife and ran out of my room. I on the one website I could think of. I watched a lot of videos and I when I looked at the time, I had to eat dinner and shower. Now, I watch YouTube a lot for a couple of reasons. A. It's a great distraction and B. It's quite a good topic to talk about with friends. Vlogs and gaming videos are the best ones I've found to distract me. It feels like you and the person are the only people there and it's kind of therapeutic. I don't know. I know this doesn't work during really bad at times or when you can't get access to it but, it's easy and enjoyable. I really don't think this will work for everyone, hell, maybe no one else but I'm sharing every method I've got. Thanks for reading. Bye
