So this chapter I'm gonna show you how I got about 2 weeks clean of cutting. I just started this almost a month ago. Basically you write 'I promise' on you on your wrist (; optional) when you want to cut. Ever time you want to cut after that, underline it. There's a pic above if sense I'm horrid at explaining things. I thought of this cause I promised myself I'd stop cutting for my partner and my friends. Every time I'm about to cut, I can just look down at my wrist and remember my promise. This is so far the most affective method that I've use so far. Other methods I've use have stopes me for like 2 days but this one is getting me through some really trying times. I use the semicolon a lot to. It just reminds me that I need to keep going for my partner and for my friends who, for some reason, like to have me around.
