Kellin's eyes were large and full of pain and Vic just happened to come in and interrupt the dark voices that were agruing in his head.
Vic smiled a bit even though on the inside he was worried about his old pal, it was as if he was a father and Kellin was his sick son.
"Why'd ya come?" Kellin asked weakly, blankly staring at the coffin as if he was in a trance.
"Oh...your brother invited me. He said that you would benefit from having a friend right now, because you haven't been doing so good. I mean... I don't know why he choose me, you ought to have some friends at the school youre going too." Vic rambled, fixing his snapback nervously.
Kellin eyes darkened as he thought about how their friendship ended seven years ago, in fifth grade.
Kellin and Vic sat on the swings, Kellin's eyes full of fear as he soon turned his head towards his best friend.
"Vic, can I tell ya something? Can ya promise not to judge me, be my best friend even though...its wrong?" Kellin whispered
Vic shrugged "you've been my best friend since day one." The taller male chuckled.
"I...." Kellin began before taking a deep breath, "I like boys..." He muttered before dropping his head a bit. "And by boys...I mean you."
Vic's eyes widened and he laughed wickedly before standing up and shoving Kellin off the swing. "You are confused, you're gay?! Kellin youre a fag!" The boy laughed. "I can't believe it, that's why you change in front of boys and don't mind sleeping topless... You know what Kellin, I'm done with this petty bull, now I'll see you in hell."
Kellin had zoned off in the memory as he began to cry again, without thinking he dropped his head began his hands and pulled tightly at his hair. His breathing worsened and he coughed before whimpering.
"Kellin...Kellin!" Vic said before sliding in front of the boy, trying to yank his hands away from his black locks.
"Go away!" Kellin finally wailed. Grabbing his crutches before pushing away and heading out.
