Aphmau looked around, seeing it was night. She struggled a bit to get up, but she did. She scrambled in the dark to find her armor and weaponry. This time this was getting into her shadow knight armor, pulling up a black and red helm on. The covered most of her face, but her eyes.

She walked out, wandering a bit. She gripped her sword and shield just for good measures. Her eyes darted from place to place. She walked up to the watchtower, slowly going up it to get a good vantage point.

When Aphmau got up, something darted out of the shadows and she suddenly felt a sword to her neck.

"Who are you? Why are you here?" The voice sounded familiar.

She grinned under her helm. "T-that will not be your p-problem." Aphmau said, trying to hide her stutter.

She was luckily holding her shield in front of her, so she bashed it into the mans stomach, causing him to fall back. Now he was in the light of the moon. It was Laurance.

He went into a defensive stance immediately after recovering, but Aphmau had charged at him. Her sword clashed with his, but she had an upper hand. She took her shield and bashed him on the head. He was dazed for the moment, and she used it. She pinned him to the wall using her shields hand to block her lower body. He started to become less dazed, fading back into the fight. He looked at her and quickly reached up and tore off the helm. He get a glimpse of her face as he struggled to say "C-cyn..?"

Aphmau let out a small laugh. Laurance searched her face, for anything really. He found something he was not expect finding and his eyes went wide. He had a realisation of some sort and then he spoke. The words she were NOT expecting. "A-aph... is that really you?"

Aphmau pressed her shield harder to his rib cage. "H-how do you k-know me?" She narrowed her eyes as she asked.

He struggled to breathe, she slightly pulled back her shield. "We used to be friends.. Garroth me.. and many others. W-what happend to you?"

Aphmau decided not to awnser that, but she bashed her shield into his head, and used her leg to pull his foot out from under him. She walked over to the watchtower's window and looked out for a second or two. After that she walked off, finding one of the other watchtowers.

She made of thorough scan of it making sure there was no one lurking. And then she settled down looking out the window. She noted several weak points and other entrances. She finally was done and got up. She had no problems getting to her for now home and got out of her armor, and put on the casual clothing, something much like she wore earlier.

Aphmau went to sleep and had the same odd dreams. This time she didn't wake up with a cold sweat exept she had someone in her face.

"W-what do you w-want?" She asked.

Garroth said, "Why didnt you tell me?"

"T-tell you w-what? I dont p-personally know you." She responded.

"Yes you do! Aph, you do!" He exclaimed

"N-no I don't, y-you idiot." She said, her voice becoming raised.

Garroth sighed, shaking his "Aph, what has happend to you?"

"T-the tides change. The l-lights will go out, a-and once t-they are b-back on.. e-everything has changed." She responded before grabbing her things and running out.
