Date? Part one

I wake up to rain banging on my window. Then a I hear a knock. I head down stairs and see that Jack is at the door. I quickly open the door and let him in. "Uh, what are you doing here?" "Oh! Sorry Ib. I, uh, wanted to ask you," he looks down at the ground playing with the carpet, "want to go on a date with me." He says quietly. "Uh, sure." I say as I shrug my shoulders. "Just let me get dressed." I say as I head up stairs and change. I end up wearing diamond earring studs that go in my first a second piercings with a white collar shirt and red neck tie and a red knee-length skirt with red flats. I run back down stairs. "Whoa! You look like a kid!" Jack commented. I sigh and sit on the couch next to him. "So, where you wanna go?" I asked Jack "Uh, I was thinking we could go to the park or maybe see a movie." Gary walked down the stairs. "Hey Ib whe- uh, what's he doing here?" "He wants to take me on a date; can I go?" I ask "I guess you don't need me to tell you what you can and can't do so yeah." I get a big smile on my face and gleam. "Yay!!" I yell.
