The sky is starting to fade into black now as the sun sets slowly down into the distance, at this point you are walking on your own. It was nice having Sting carry you for most of the day, but you know it was time to give him a break. Now it's him that is almost falling to the ground from exhaustion. Since it's getting dark, it's probably best if the two of you sit down and take a break. You could carry Sting through the whole night, but are you really that strong? Yes you are, but you're too lazy to carry him.

"Hey (Name)-chan? Can we stop here for the night and continue tomorrow?" Sting asks tiredly.

You smile at him, "Yes of course."

You stop in your tracks and turn around to face him, not to your surprise you see Sting laying face first on the ground. You sigh then walk to his side.

"I didn't think you wanted to sleep right there..." you gently lift him up by the shoulders, and sort of drag him to a nearby tree.

Most of the journey to Sabertooth consisted of high hills, and deep forests. You were currently walking in the forest closest to the location of the guild. You've never actually been to Sabertooth, so you have no idea what the town and the people are like. You just know the town is surrounded by numerous mountains, which you can see past the forest's edge.

After a total of 30 seconds, you successfully dragged and brought Sting upright, so he was leaning against a tree. His eyes remained closed to whole time considering you were struggling to move him. As soon as he hit the tree, because you kind of dropped him, his immediately laid against his shoulder. You couldn't help but freak out inside because of the cute appearance, too bad you didn't have a camera. Since Sting's head was against his shoulder, his cheek was smushed against it, making it look really cute.

All of a sudden Sting starts to mumble something really quietly. Being the curious person you are, you move your face closer to his to hear what he's saying. You might hear some juicy stuff that he wouldn't say while awake. As you move your face closer, you slowly start to hear what he's muttering.

"(Name)-chan, don't make any moves on me in my sleep okay?" he says calmly and sweetly.

Your eye twitches, "Who do you think I am? If anything you'd be the one to take advantage of me!"

You cross your arms, and move away from him, standing up in the process. You look back at him and see him smiling sweetly in his sleep.

'How can someone that cute, be so perverted?!' you think to yourself.

You sigh and decide to brush moments ago off, and sit beside Sting. The tree's stump was pretty wide, so you were able to fit beside him without having to squish him. You sit on the side where his head is on his shoulder, so you can lean your head against his as well. You also placed your hand on his, which he somehow sensed because he moved his hand so he is holding onto yours. You smile at the small gesture, and grip onto his more too. You slowly start to close your eyes, and enjoy the nice peaceful environment you're in with Sting.

Sting's POV

I feel the warmth of (Name) slowly but carefully leave from my body, at first it seems she's just moving to get comfortable, but I can feel that she's completely gone. I don't think of it too much and start to fall back asleep, but then I hear a cry out in the distance. My eyes immediately bolt open, and rise onto my feet in seconds. I look around frantically.

"(Name)?!" I shout out.

I hear another cry and I quickly run towards it. That can't be (Name), right? She's too strong to get into any trouble, she shouldn't need my help. As I arrive closer to the cry, I start to hear the sound of water splashing and moving. I hope she isn't drowning!
