Glenn x Reader 'Home'

Rick's group arrived at Alexandria, you used to know Dianna. You gave her seeds to start farming, you gave them supplies for their group before Rick joined them, then you left. You came to help other groups around the place like Alexandria, used to be Woodbury, and sadly, Negans group. You were pretty much a peace maker with the groups, until Woodbury got destroyed, then you left them. You didn't like Woodbury at the time and you still don't miss the place, you miss some of the people like Andrea.

Dianne said that you could come and go or stay at Alexandria as long as you like, you did, until the night it got over run, you lead some walkers away and killed them, that was the only thing you could do. You heard about Dianne death after, you couldn't cry even if you wanted to. Everytime someone you cared for or knew died, it for some reason filled you with determination to move on.

You flashed back to reality as you realized the gate was open and there were walkers around you, the others were already inside Alexandria and you turned around to look at the walking cannibals, and then looked back at Rick and his group, for once in a lifetime, scared.

Rick's p.o.v

We started walking when Daryl, carl,Glenn and I looked back and saw Y/n look behind her and see that there were walkers. She turned around, knife in hand, looked back us scared. We have known her for a bit now, she didn't talk much. She seemed fearless at first, but now, she was scared and it seemed none of us could do anything but stand there, look worried and some other turned around and looked confused. 'What is she doing' I thought

Soon enough Abraham, Glenn, Daryl, Carl, Michonne and I started walking then speed walking and then that turned into a sprint. Glenn went for y/n, so did Abraham. While michonne, Eugene, Aaron and I went to kill the walkers, more and more came as the whole group was helping each other fight the walkers.

You're p.o.v

They got surrounded by walkers, they had to run into Alexandria and close the gate fast before the walkers got in. Abraham had to carry you in because you froze out there. For some season you got scared even though you saw them long ago, eating you're loved ones.

You woke up by being shaken by Glenn, saying your name. "How long was I out for?" You said looking around, you were in one of the houses. Dennis, his sister, she's gone. Oh no...
You thought, you remembered her brother, you knew her brother long ago, he passed away, or died, you can't remember.

"You were out for a few days, you froze out there, you could have got hurt!" Glenn said slightly raising his voice with worry and a hint of anger. You apologize to him, his face softens. "Sorry Y/n, I just care for you. To be honest I remember you from long ago, you knew my cousin, you were her best friend, Mel? Remember her? She passed away long ago after she left you, you and her went to me while I was around in the forest." Glenn said, it all suddenly came back to you. Glenn Rhee, Mel Robertson. 

FLASHBACK 

You and Mel walked through the forest, you were carrying Mel now, she was light, and bit. Mel saw Glenn and then she pointed in his direction. There he was, wearing his cap on his head. You ran to him, You yelled his name and he turned around and ran forward smiling at you and then he stopped when he saw mel. "I am so sorry!" He yelled seeing you cry you ran faster to him, you knew him pretty well, he was 4 years older, you were 14 he was 18 or 19. He ran to you and picked Mel up and he apologized to her, he put her down and he hugged you, Mel weakly smiled. That was the last thing she ever did before she died.

BACK TO NORMAL

"I am so sorry, I promised Mel I would stick with you but, you hugged me than ran off. I thought you were dead or it was all a dream because I felt like I let you and Mel down, I'm sorry I didn't look for you!" Glenn said hugging you, you both where crying now. It's okay, that was almost 4 years ago. You both hugged until you fell asleep in Glenn arms, picked you up, carried you upstairs and put you in his bed.

"Good night y/n. See you in the morning love." He said before you drifted into sleep.
