BEFORE THE BREAK RICK X READER

You can obviously see I like chapters with songs. Its where I getvmy inspiration. I believe someone requested this but I'm not sure.

-3rd Pov Before the break

Y/n and Rick Grimes where friends until the very end. They where neighbors and grew up together. As Rick went through being a teenager he soon realized he was falling for his best friend, he was certain Y/n was his souldmate. But of course, there was a problem. Lori, Ricks girlfriend. Sure, she was sweet, but rick wasn't sure if she was the best choice. But he continued to date Lori, only throughout the years he fell harder for Y/n Everytime.

- Before the break

Lori and Rick got married, Y/n was there, Rick still felt empty. Like a balloon with a tiny whole in it. He pushed that all away when Lori got pregnant. Rick never really wanted a child too much, but he accepted this new challenge. They named the baby Carl, Y/n was gonna love Carl.

-season 1

All hell broke loose, walkers eaying people, wandering the lonley streets. Y/n ran into the hospital to try to get Rick awake. He wouldn't budge, so then, with tears in Y/n's eyes she ran to go find Carl and Lori. Y/n got to the group and stayed with them, trying to protect Carl. Y/n soon became friends with glenn.

Today they and a few others went out on a supply hunt into the city. Glenn saw some guy running for his life.

Y/n pov:

'That guy seems and looks like a dumb ass.' I say as Glenn continues to try to tune into the tank radio, until he finally got it. "Hey dumbass in the tank follow my steps."

Sooner or later me and Glenn ran into the alley way to help him, I was starstruck. It was rick. Rick Grimes, my best friend, my soul mat. He didn't seem to recognize me. We got to the top of the building.

-In the shop (same day same time)

"So," I begin to say, but soon Rick cut me off. "Do I know you?" We both stopped. You should Rick, unless you lost a few braincells." I say sarcastically. He knows I am always Sarcastic. He then turned me around and hugged me, I hugged back. "I'm sorry I couldn't wake you up." I say sniffling

"Its okay, its not your fault Y/n." We break apart and continue walking.

- Season 7 3rd pov

Rick and Y/n have been dating ever since Judith was born, her first word was directed to Y/n and it was 'Momma'. Her and rick where killing walkers around Alexandria. Rick and y/n, the unstoppable duo. (IN THIS UNIVERSE MICHONNE DIED . SORRY) Rick killed one more and then he leaned over the hand. 'Whats wrong Rick?' She asked. He cut a finder off and cleaned off a circle like shape. It was a ring, a silver and gold ring. It was beautiful.

Rick opened the palm of your hand and dropped the ring inside. He kissed you passionately and you wrapped your arms around his neck. It was perfect.
