Ah yes, I changed the cover to something much better, that's finally out of the way.

You, accompanied by Snake this time, were shrouded in darkness once again as the evil man left the room. Although a strong woman, your eyes started to water a bit at the imagination of your now dark inevitable future. When it suddenly hit you-

Where were Snake's snakes?

You didn't hear the quiet noise of them slithering around him, their pink tongues flicking wildly at his face and body as they did so.

Just the thought of this intensified sudden butterflies in your stomach that had found their way there in this situation. Or...was it the snakes crawling on your stomach?

You feel something slide around your body, and the sound of something clicking...open? A door feel over with a soft thunk as Snake's figure is now slightly visible in the dark.

"Snake!" you whisper loudly, so that no one was to hear you. You instantly rush to his chains, but the metal is tied too tight around his wrists and chest. Your heart sinks a tad, knowing that escaping would be harder carrying Snake away all dolled up in chains. If you could, that is.

You hear something rustle in the chains, and your fingers brush over a corn snake that had wedged itself between the chains and its master. You gasp a bit, afraid that the animal would choke to death or squeeze itself too hard between the tightly wrapped metal.

So you do your best to help by helping Snake wriggle the rest of his body out of the chains, aiming to make no noise as you did so (trying not to kill the snake between it all as well, you hoped the little critter wouldn't be hurt in this process).

You let out a relieved sigh as the chains (and snake) tumble to Snake's shoes, hugging the reptile boy tightly.

He wrapped his arms around you as well, leaning against your figure for a moment. "Y/N...we'll need to get out of here as fast as possible...Says Oscar..." He mumbled in your ear as you saw his snakes move around his body again.

So that's what happened! He had hidden his snakes on him at the last minute when Reyoldo had caught him!

You nod at his plan as he holds you by the wrist protectively. The dark cloaked the both of you so well, you almost thought breathing was a difficulty. The both of your shoes echoed down what sounded like a hallway for the longest time, until- a light under a door illuminates the dark.

Your thoughts now turned to positive ones of freedom, you grip Snake's hand tighter in his grasp. He reaches his hand out to place it on the silver doorknob, carefully turning it. Time almost seemed to stop as the door opened.
