Act I:Phase III: Slash Zero

Slash Zero was the name I gave to my sword. And Ever since I found it, I kept it close, and sheathed it until I was ready to use it.
Hayate kept asking me numerous questions about my brother Salem, and honestly I was ready to see him again after our training.
Kanako kept pampering me of course, and Draco was also trained to breathe fire, eventually, we learned our own unique fighting techniques, and he was able to carry me and fly for a short time.

I turned 12, and Shu thought it was best if I were to be on my own.

"Come child..I need to give you something."

I walk towards him.
He hands me a scroll.

"I need you to deliver this to the mayor of the town, I trained you for a very important reason son...your father was my brother in arms, and I have no trace of where he has gone...especially when we need the other five who were there.. These times are rough and we need to gather all the heroes..and help shape the world to peace once more..will you help me?"

I nod and bow to him. I needed to help and do the right thing.

"Please my son, I'm counting on you..."

I was ready for whatever came at me, and Kanako wouldn't let me go.
She kept kissing my cheek and wouldn't stop convincing Shu to let me go.

"Sweetie!! Please don't go...I'll be there to protect you..."

I hugged her and she couldn't stop sobbing.

After a few moments, Hayate gave me a blue gi.
And With that, I wore it with pride.

Draco and I ran off to the distance, off to Kanaria City, in search for answers as to why my village was sent to oblivion.

It was a long walk, and I saw a hut nearby.
As I walked inside, it was a pub filled with many ruffians.

"Lost kid?"

"Hey! A dragon! They're worth a fortune I hear.."

I grew a little scared, but once he almost grabbed Draco, I threw a huge punch and the man flew into the wall.
I quickly got outta there, and kept walking after I was in the clear.

The forest looked beautiful, and Draco slept peacefully on my shoulder as I walked deeper into nature.

Soon a saw a huge bridge, and buildings in sight.
It was Kanaria city!

Me and Draco ran towards to the bridge that led to the city, and I ran my
hand to the rails and Was excited for what was to come.

We arrived at the city where guards were about to kick me out, and saw my sword.

"What's with the weapon kid? Do you have business here!?"

I shuddered and showed him a scroll to deliver.

The guards gasped.

"Come with me quick kid!!"

They led me to a military room. And a general comes near to me.

"Who are you boy?"

I look around and see a water tank, this office was big. I laugh when I see the bubbles.

Draco looks at the general.

"Hey Michael Mama! Why Big guy looking at us like that?"

The general looks at me.

"You're!!? Prince Michael of the Dragon Village!? Son of the Great Efren!?"

I nod happily.

A soldier walks up to him.

"This child can be a valuable asset to our military forces...and to our cause"

The general nods.

"Why are you here?"

I hand him a scroll, the general looks at it and calls in a soldier.

"Send him to the Mayor's office, stat!"

Soldiers lead me outside and we get in a car and off to the mayor's office.

"Mayor Calgoni! Someone very important needs to speak to you!"

"Send him in please..."

I enter a huge room.

"Soldiers, if I can have a talk alone with this child..."

"Yes sir!"

The doors close.

"I know why you are here...you're the Crown Prince of The Dragon Village...let me see that scroll.."

I hand it to him.

"Fascinating..Shu the Silent....he's an old friend of mine..I see why he entrusted you..take this, it'll help you in your way."

He gave me a Red Jewel.

"That Jewel belongs to those who are pure hearted. An angel will come to you soon, and guide you."

I hold it close and attach it to my sword
sheath strap.

I was prepared for what this destiny will offer me.
