Richelle's POV
Noah and I walk into studio A for nationals auditions. We are both in J troupe but we are the best in J. I'm super excited to show everyone what I got. Although I'm excited I'm also incredibly nervous. We are going to be the youngest there and people are very judgmental so who knows what's going to happen. Everyone is really big and intimidating. They look super good which isn't helping my nervous factor. "Ok everyone gather around!" Miss Kate yells. A huddle is formed as Miss Kate begins to explain the auditions. "Welcome everyone to Nationals auditions!" The place erupts in cheers. "We have so many people auditioning we have the old A troupers, we some have B troupers, we have the lovely Morgan and Jess who go to the same studio, we also have Amanda from Elite, we have Thalia, Sarah and Nick and we even have some little J troupers here." All eyes go to us and I smile the sweetest I can and blush a little. Everyone awes at my cuteness. I'm a little pipsqueak. I'm very short and cute even though I'm 13 people often mistake me for 10. It gets very annoying sometimes. "Everyone begin stretching and we will start free style auditions in five." We all spread apart and stretch. I do tilts and splits. I practise turning and jumping. After around five minutes we do the free style. I have never been more terrified in my life. This is it. All or nothing. Noah and I are after each other so we are in the same group. We give each other a hug before lining up. When Myles dances he rocks it. No surprise he's amazing. He has the strongest technique in J troupe and he has so much control. Everyone claps and soon he finishes. I come on and do my solo. People are amazed by my flexibility and tumbling. When I do my front aerials and tilts everyone loses it. I can hear James in the background cheering loudly. I stay focused on crushing my dance though. After it's over I get the loudest applause out of everyone. I blush and run back to my spot to watch the other auditions. They were all so amazing and great in there own ways. I hope I make it to the next round but I'm not so sure. Giselle finishes by booping Kate's nose which I find hilarious. We all chill while Kate, Michelle, Emily and Phoebe discuss the dancers. I hang out with Noah since I don't really know anyone else. All of a sudden James, West, Riley and Beth approach us. "You J troupers killed it!" Riley says. I blush and Noah smiles. James pulls me into this weird hug thing since I'm a good six inches shorter than him. I only reach up to his armpit. "You are so going to make it." West praises. Noah thanks them. "I still can't get over how great you two are!" James shouts to everyone. I'm about to reply when Beth pipes up. "Not as great as you Jamesy." She squeals like a five year old. I look at Riley who has a look of pure disgust on her face. She scoffs before storming off. James looks at us worriedly. "I better go after her." He runs off after Riley while Beth walks away to talk to Sarah. Kate then comes out. "This is a harder decision than we thought so you guys can go down to Culture Shock and we will call you when we are ready." Everyone nods and makes their way down to Culture Shock. I talk to Noah and sit next to him on a couch. We order juices, that we actually never seem to drink, and chat. "You did really well Noah way better than me..." I trail off. "Are you kidding me everyone LOVED you and you got the loudest applause out of anyone, Richy don't deny it you rocked." I send him the cheesiest smile ever. "Thanks." He pulls me into a hug. We stay like this for a while when we are interrupted by Giselle. "Aww look at you two!" We quickly pull apart and look her awkwardly. "You guys would make such a cute couple." "What no we are just-" "friends." I finish Noah's sentence for him. "Yeah." He mumbles back while looking at the ground. "Ok sure but check back with me in a couple of years and your answer might just be different." She winks before walking off to Stephanie. "That was weird." I say quickly. "Yeah it was." He replies. I would never like Noah I don't know what Giselle is talking about.
