I looked down at my duffel bag. I unzippered it to check and see if I have everything I needed. I only packed about 4 pairs of outfits. And some other essentials. Oh, and I almost forgot. Pictures. I needed as much memories of my old life as possible.

I kept re-reading my fake suicide note. To see if it had any errors. A tear rolled down my face. This would kill my mom. Just even thinking I killed myself, wow. It made me frown in realization of how much I was going to miss her. But then again, a part of my mind thought I was most of her problems.

Suddenly, my phone buzzed. I walked over to it. "Message recieved: from Beatriz."

I sighed, this was my best friend. The one I was running away with. The only one who would dissapear with me.

"Hey, I'm about to leave. I literally can't believe this is the day. I love you so much, Paige."

I dumbly smiled while looking at my phone. Then I ran. Carrying my duffel bag in one hand, and my phone in the other. I had put all the papers folded up into my pocket.

It seemed like I was walking forever. I reached a familior street sign. "Beachnut", it read.

Oh, memories. I remember meeting here everyday with Beatriz when we'd hangout. A street, near our home.

As I was sitting here waiting for Beatriz, I noticed something. The streets were secluded. Not a single car in sight. I kind of liked it that way. No one would get suspicious of me walking around at 2 o'clock.

I sighed resting my face on my hand. Beatriz was always late. I didn't mind, though.

I slowly took a breath in. The last moments of my life here. As Paige. I was so happy to get out of here, though. The thought of just starting fresh, with your best friend. Living a seperate life, In London, was just unreal. It felt like a dream. Although, it was finally actually happening.

A figure was walking near me. I was kind of frightened until I realized it was only Beatriz. I sighed in relief. She leaned in to hug me tightly. Then looked back at me and we just staired at eachother.

"I can't believe this is actually happening, Pai- I mean Bo." She said correcting herself. I gave her a thumbs up indacating it was okay.

"I know. It's funny because three years ago we were planning this on a sheet of looseleaf and now it's coming to life." I said enthusiastically.

We were walking for a couple minutes until we got to the street we were looking for.

I dialled 7 digits into my phone making a beeping noise. Then it started ringing.

"Hello?" the phone operater said.

"uhm, yes. Can you pick us up on Race, in Medford?" I said as I played with my hair.

"Yes, i'll be there in about 15 minutes. Be ready."

Then I hung up the phone.

Me and Beatriz both sat down beside eachother.

"The cab guy is picking us up, don't worry."

She exhalled. I had normally been the one to freak out. But this time it was Beatriz, surprisingly.

It had been silent the first couple of minutes. Not awkward, but silent. We were just letting the thought of running away to a different country sink in. We were both 15.

We suddenly looked at eachother and staired in gaze. This was finally happening. We were trying to hold in our piercing loud screams. But we finally gave in. We both screamed in excitment.

Then the cab had arrived.

I struggled to fit both of our bags in the back. Finally, I had managed to get both of them in.

"PennStation, please." Beatriz said calmly.

The cabguy nodded his head.

The car ride was silent and awkward. It's not like me and Beatriz could talk about our plan once we got on the train to London. But me and Beatriz kept on stealing quick glances. Still overly excited about of venture to a different country.
