Chapter 6.

*Bo's point of view*

I sighed at the amazement of the view. It was breathtaking. Me and Eliana's fingers entwined as we exited the doorway of the train. There was a decent sized line.

When we finally excited the train station our mouths' fell open in agape, getting a full view of London. It's was so more beautiful in person. I've never seen anything as beautiful in my life. And knowing how much it meant to me that we're finally free just made me so much more amazed.

My green eyes were fighting a tear that was about to fall to my cheek. My gaze locked with Eliana's. We stayed there in utter silence for a couple seconds. We didn't have to say anything to know what we meant. We just nodded.

We started roaming the streets of London, looking for a single person. It was extremely early in the morning. There was only a couple people walking around, but not many.

We both agreed to walk into a cafe to grab something to keep us energized. There was a person sitting a few seats down who was reluctantly sipping their tea while reading a random news article that was abandoned on the table.

"Uhh, excuse me sir?" Eliana asked in a calm, friendly tone.

"Can I help you?" He looked up.

"We were just wondering if you had any suggestions on nearest hotels." Me and Eliana said that at the same time, then surprisingly looked back at each other and laughed. Then brought our attention back on the man.

He suggested a few streets and a library near by and then wished us good luck. We thanked him then finished our drinks and headed out.

We entered the hotel card into the scanner of the door. It made a quiet buzzing noise and Eli twisted the knob. As we entered we dragged our luggage along. It was just an average hotel room.

"Wow." Eliana said as she sat on the newly made bedsheets. I nodded to her and put my bag in the corner. There was only 1 bed, but me and Eli were best friends and had slept in the same bed all the time so it didn't matter to us.

She sternly stood on the bed and looked at me. I got up on the bed and we started jumping on it together. We did that for about 5 minutes while screaming until we were interrupted by the phone ringing.

"Uhh, hello?" I said into the phone try to make my British accent as noticeable as possible. I was sort of getting used to talking like that.

"Yeah, there has been a noise complaint from room 213. Miss, you have to quiet down or else I'm going to have to kick you and your boyfriend out. You two can have fun, just don't disturb the others." She said, making it sound like someone was dominating me.

"Erm, yeah. I'm sorry. Won't happen again." I said as I held in my laugh as hard as I could. I quickly hung up the phone and escaped in a laughing fit.

"What? What's so funny?" Eli asked as she sat down on the bed.

"I'll tell you later, but now lets go check out London." I smiled.

She agreed and we wandered the streets of London.

After about an hour of walking around and pointing at the views, Eli pointed to a building that said "library" on it.

We walked into the room and sat near the computers. We printed out a few sheets. Make a couple of applications to jobs. Suddenly, Eli's stomach grumbled. "Guess that my cue to eat." She said.

I chuckled as we walked out to the bakery across the street.

*Eliana's P.O.V*

"Hello, girls. How can I help you?" A fairly old woman asked. We smiled at her and ordered some biscuits and tea.

"You girls just move out here?" She asked.

"Yeah, trying to get used to the habitat." Bo said as she struggled to get euros out of her wallet.

"Well, are you loves looking for a full time around?" She asked, smiling.

Bo looked back at me, confused with the phrase.

"She means a job, a full time job." I smiled at Bo as she realized what the woman had asked.

"Oh, really? That would be fantastic." Bo spoke enthusiastically.

I looked back at Bo, asking her about all the other jobs we applied for.

"Well we're not positive about those, but this ones for sure." She reasoned.

I nodded at her and decided to deny the job offering and wait for my application to the record store to come in. We had walked out of the bakery, stomachs full and one job for Bo.

As we walked home, laughing and joking around like always. Reminiscing in the fact that we're actually here, we walked past this old house. A small, vintage coloured apartment. We shared similar looks as we walked up to the house where the real estate number was.

We copied down the number and called.

"Hello?" A lady spoke slowly.

"Hello, yes, I heard you had an apartment on," I struggled to find out what street we were on,

"Nicks." Bo mouthed.

"Nicks boulevard. Is it still available?"

"Yes, how many people will be staying?" She spoke.

"Uhm, me, my name is Eliana and my sister Bo. We're both seventeen and got a good weekly minimum wage." I crossed my fingers hoping this would all work out. It was the perfect house. Right beside a barber shop, a cell phone accessory store and a couple of cafés.

"When can you move in?"She said.

I looked at Bo, bewildered with excitement as she got my message indicating it's a yes by jumping up and down, holding in her squeals.

"As soon as possible?"

"Tonight?"

"We'll be there."

"Great, see you there at about 8. Bring all your suitcases."

I hung up the phone and looked straight at Bo.

"Did we?"

"Yep."

"And it's,"

"Yep."

We both shrieked as loud as possible, realizing it didn't take more than a week to do what our hearts wanted. It didn't take five thousands tries. I guess my mother was right, if you believe in yourself, anything can happen.
