The Beginning

I decided to change the story. Blake does not get bullied.  But she's still a geek.

BLAKE'S POV

BEEP!!!

BEEP!!!

BEEP!!!

  "ugh shut up" I said.

Great I started my day yelling at a non-living object....

  I'm Blake Shaw. I'm 17 years old (18 in 3 months), and....im a geek. I am very proud to be one to. I couldn't care less of what people thought of me. I have my best friend by my side and my amazing boyfriend.  I love my life. Well at this moment I don't since I can't turn off this stupid alarm.

"DIE ALREADY!!!" I said picking it up and throwing it across the room.

I'm probably going to regret that later but right now, I don't give a fuck. As you might've guessed, I'm not a morning person.

After I was done talking to myself I got up and went straight to the bathroom.  I did the usual things, took a shower,  did my hair(im proud to say is black and wavy and stops at my butt), put on mascara that really pops out my hazel eyes and a little chapstick. Then I went into my closet and put on some skinny blue jeans, a cute lime green sweater that said "be you" in blue letters, and lime green Converses to match my sweater. Once I was done getting ready I grabbed my blue tote bag and headed downstairs. My parents own a large law firm, so they are rich, NOT ME. I do not choose to flaunt my money around. I like to stay humble and aware of the natural things In life.

So as usual I headed downstairs to an empty kitchen. I wasn't really hungry so I just grabbed an apple and started walking to school. I don't have a car. I want to buy a truck with my own money. My parents have tried to make me take their money but I won't.  I have a job at the boardwalk on the beach. I sell T-shirts. It actually brings in alot of cash since a lot of tourist like to by Florida t-shirts. It's also right across the street of where my boyfriend works, "The Last Wave", a souvenir store.

As I was walking,  I was listening to my Ipod, Roar by Katy Perry was playing, and I felt like I was being followed so I snatched an earphone out of my ear and turned around.

"Hello?" I called out. But no one was there.

'hm must of been my imagination' I thought.

When my school was in sight, I started speed walking. I go to Roosevelt Academy. It's a very well known school in Florida.  It's a very interesting school and the kids are very cliché.  We have the nerds, the geeks (being a geek is very different from being a nerd), the outcasts, the hippies, the average people who get along with everyone,  then the populars. I think you know what clique I'm in.

When I finally made it to school the last bell had already rung. I'm starting to reconsider my parents offer.....

I went to my first class and as soon as I opened the door,  all eyes were on me. This is why I hate being late. I hate attention,  which is another reason why im a geek.

"ahh...Ms.Shaw. You finally decided to join us. Have a seat next to Brandon. " Ms . Rupert, my science teacher,  said with sarcasm oozing from her voice.

Great now I have to sit with the schools biggest airhead.

"What up cole slaw?" Brandon said.

That was his nickname for me since 4th grade.

"Hi Brandon" I said in a irritated tone so he would get the hint to leave me alone.

"Can I copy off your notes? " Brandon said. Guess he didn't get the hint....

"No. I need them to study." I said.

"Ugh. Please?" he said.

"No. Leave me alone" I yelled/whispered.

"please? " he said poking me in the arm.

"Oh my gosh fine...here." I said handing him the folder with my notes in it.

" Thanks,  you are the best cole slaw." Brandon said with a victorious grin on his face.

I decided not to respond in got back to work.

"I guess I'm not here."

I turned around to see Brittany Murphy, my best friend.  I forgot she sits there.

"Oh my gosh sorry, I didn't see you, I missed you like crazy this weekend" I said.

"I know, because I'm that awesome." she said in a cocky tone.

" You are so conceited". I said in a joking tone.

She didn't answer back just smiled and went back to working.

And that was the moment my life changed forever......

Just kidding, that was the moment the bell ringed.
