It's just a dream

I was sitting in the hospital bed playing on my phone which Connor sitting on the chair next to me sleeping. I sat there looking at the wall thinking about trevor. I got up and walked over to the baby and looked at her.
"She has beautiful eyes. The bright blue. God it reminds me of..." I got cut off by Connor snoring. I rolled my eyes and looked back at the baby sleeping and sighed. I started to walk back to the bed and she started crying. I picked her up and sat on the bed.
"it's ok?" I whispered into her ear patting her back. Connor woke up and looked at me and yawned as I sat down. She stopped crying and I put her back down.
"Connor..." I looked down and looked at him
"Ya what's up?" He asked standing up walking to me
"What should we name her?" I asked looking at him moving my hair out of the way of my face
"Umm... I don't know?" He shrugged his shoulders
"I was thinking about Skyla. But I don't know if i like it"I smiled and looked at the baby moving a little
"Ya I like that!" He smiled "what about the middle name?"
"You pick" I smiled and looked at him
"Lilly, Raaylyn? Morgan?" He shrugged his shoulders
"MORGAN YESS!" I yelled in a whisper voice
"Ok you need to calm down" Connor laughed
"I'm so excited to go home..." I smiled and hugged Connor. Connor smiled and hugged back
"Me to.." Connor sighed
The doctor came in and knocked on the door and cleared her throat and we stopped hugging. "How are you doing after the car crash?" She asked
"Im doing fine?" I looked at Connor then back at the doctor "I guess?" I sighed
"I just have to ask you a few questions before you leave" she smiled
"wait I can leave today!" I smiled
"Yes. But she needs to come back in for a checkup in a month" the doctor smiled
"Thanks" I smiled and she walked out of the room "We can go home!" She smiled and threw her arms in the air
"Well let's go!" He smiled and put on his jacket and put away his laptop stuff.
I got the baby stuff together and put her in the carrier and looked at Connor
"You ready?" He asked and I nodded and walked out of the room.
Connor and I walked to the car and I put the baby in its car seat. I sat down in the passenger side and put on my seatbelt
(Skip car ride)
I got out of the car and got skyla out of the seat and put her in the carrier. I walked into the house and looked around
"Now what?" I sighed and looked at Skyla
"Well let's get working on her room" Connor suggested and i nodded and smiled
(Sorry I haven't updated in a while. But here's a short chapter. It's boring but at least its something)
