“I’m not going there.” I told Harry.

“Yes we are.”

“I’m driving!” I retorted, turning a corner.

“I don’t care. Come on Emily it’ll be fun.” Harry poked my arm.

“I’m not going to Ella’s in my pajamas while it’s snowing.” I groaned.

I mean he expects me to go out into public with Tom and Jerry pajamas in the middle of winter?

“I haven’t had Ella’s in a month! Pretty please?” Harry begged.

“Plus you look adorable in your pajamas.” He pecked my cheek.

My face turned red.

“I f*cking hate you.” I told him.

He smiled as I pulled into Ella’s.

“Harry I really don’t feel like-”

I froze mid-sentence when I saw a familiar sweep of black hair.

“We have to go.” I said, starting the car back up.

“Why?” Harry said, ready to step out.

“Get back in the car please I’ll explain later just-”

“Emily?” Harry looked at me in confusion.

I gulped as the boy with black hair turned at the sound of my name.

“Emily?” he squinted to look in the car.

“Who the hell are you?” Harry asked, standing up, turning to the guy.

“I’m Troy.”

“Troy?” Harry said.

“Troy.” He nodded.

“Oh…” Harry nodded, before walking up and punching him in the face.

“Harry!” I screamed, hopping out of the car.

This could not be happening! If he would have just got back in the car!

“I should cut your balls off!” Harry yelled while punching Troy in the face.

“Harry get off him!” I screamed.

I pulled Harry back as best I could.

Finally I managed to push Harry a bit back from Troy.

“I’ll be back.” Harry hissed before climbing in the car.

His eyes.

Harry’s eyes.

I’ve never seen them so dark. So angry, so…furious.

Those eyes were permanently indented into my brain.

I climbed back into the car.

Harry didn’t try to say anything. He didn’t need to.

I drove home.
