Really? (Jeanette vs. Brittany)

Jeanette's POV

It just hurt me so much seeing Simon in pain, but hopefully it wasn't to bad! I was sitting in the waiting room while Dave and Simon were with the doctor. I wonder what Alvin and Theodore are going to say and I wonder if Alvin is going to help him? I know Theodore will because he sort of like me in a way we're both naive, shy and we can also both talk to animals, but that has nothing to do with taking care of someone, but I'm sure they'll help. It seemed like hours in the waiting room, but Simon finally came out with a black boot on his ankle and he was in a bright blue wheelchair.

"Hey Jeanette look!" Simon said

"Look at what?" I asked

"They gave me stickers to put on my wheelchair!" Said Simon happily

"Cool!"

"Do you want to help me decorate?"

"Yeah! Of course!"

"Okay, Simon remember don't get your hopes up to high. You still need to rest and take breaks, so don't push yourself." Said the nurse that walked out with Dave and Simon.

"Mr. Seville!" Said the lady at the desk

"Coming!" Said Dave

"Here's Simon's schedule for doctor visits." She said then the adults started gabbing with each other while I talked to Simon.

"Hey Simon how long until you'll be able to walk?" I asked while I was decorating his chair.

"About 6-10 weeks, but it depends on how fast or slow I heal." He said smiling at me.

"Hopefully you heal up nice and fast!"

"Yeah."

"And done!" I said as I put the last sticker on

"Wow Jeanette it looks great!" Said Simon amazed

After the adults were done talking. We got into the car only it took a little longer because Dave had to help Simon. Then we went and got ice cream! I got a Merry Peanut Surprise, Simon got Strawberry Mint Cookie flavor and Dave got a Plain Vanilla Cone. Simon and I were cracking up the whole time because we got something extravagant and Dave got a plain cone! After we were done I went back home and started cleaning up all the messes in the tree house. I was humming and singing and worrying about Simon.
