Last night when Brittany and Eleanor came home they were actually pretty nice except for the fact that Brittany kept bragging about her "Super Fabulous Solo" that she sang, but on the bright side Eleanor brought home the best cheesecake in the world! It was, so good that everything just stopped all my worries went away that's probably overreacting about some cheesecake, but what happened to Simon yesterday was definitely something to worry about, and I never did tell Brittany and Ellie about what happened. I guess they would just find out when we went school supplies shopping today!
"Hey Jeanette! Get down here Dave will be here any minute!" Said Eleanor from the studio.
"I'm already down here, I'm in the kitchen!" I said
"Okay good! Just be ready!"
"Okay!"
I was in the kitchen grabbing some granola when I realized I didn't have my wallet!
"Ellie, Britt!" I screamed
"Jean are you ok?!" Brittany asked concerned
"Not really! My wallet is gone!" I panicked
"Someone must have stolen it!" Said Ellie.
HONK! HONK!
We heard Dave's car from outside.
"I'm sorry Jeanette, but we have to go." Said Brittany opening the door, I followed my sisters out the door.
I saw Simon through the window sitting on his seat, but he was sleeping. Dave got out of the car and said
"Girls, please excuse Simon he is very tried."
"Don't worry Dave." We said
But when Dave opened the door Brittany and Eleanor's jaw dropped when they saw Simon.
"Uh.. I guess Jeanette didn't tell you, but Simon got hurt yesterday." Said Alvin.
"How'd it happen?" Asked Brittany
"Get in the car I'll tell you." Said Alvin as he was gesturing us to get in the car.
We got in the car and Alvin told Simon's story and when he was done he tapped on my shoulder
"Hey Jeanette?" He said
"Yes?" I asked
"Simon wanted me to give this to you." Alvin said as he handed me my wallet
"Thanks Alvin!" I said
"Don't thank me thank Mr. Drool over there." Alvin chuckled
"Oh stop it!" I said as I slapped his shoulder
We finally got to the store! Dave made sure everyone was there and that Alvin wasn't misbehaving. Then Dave gently shook Simon awake. When he had awoken he looked at all of us and wiped his drool on his sleeve. He looked, so embarrassed.
"Here Simon." Said Dave as he picked him up and put him in the wheelchair then Dave asked
"Who do you want to push you?"
"I would have to say..... Jeanette!"
Yay!! I get to push my little prince! When we went into the store and I was just amazed by all the pencils, notebooks, binders, crayons and markers it was like my perfect dream, but my perfect dream would be with Simon. Anyway I just loved the perfect smells and the looks of everything.
"Come on guys let's get some binders." Called Dave
We just followed him and didn't say anything. It was, so hard to choose a binder I didn't know whether I wanted the one that was purple with a tree and birds on it or the purple one with a ladybug. Simon had the same problem he chose to choose from a blue one with the Periodic Table Of Elements or a blue one with different math equations.
I ended up choosing the ladybug binder and Simon chose the one with the Periodic Table. Here is the list of the binders everyone had gotten.
Alvin= Red with guitars and stars
Simon= Blue with Periodic Table
Theodore= Green with cookies
Brittany= Pink with hearts and flowers
Me= Purple with the Ladybug
Eleanor= Light Green with soccer balls
Then we went to folders! We all ended up getting two folders of our favorite colors.
Alvin= Red
Simon= Blue
Theodore= Green
Brittany= Pink
Me= Purple
Eleanor= Light Green
We went on and on until we got everything we needed. I ended up picking up a few things for Simon because he fell asleep after we got the pencil cases. After we were all done Dave payed for our stuff and we got in the car and went home. Simon woke up when we were almost back to the tree house and asked
"Can I come over and spend the night?"
"Sure! If Dave will let you." I said
"Dave?" Simon said
"Yes, Simon?"
"Can go home with Jeanette?" Simon asked
"Okay that's fine just remember what the nurse said."
"Yes!" Simon said as he punched his fist up and down
Yasss!!! He coming home with me! I cheered inside! Then Brittany looked at me and rolled her eyes.
"Your little lover-boy is coming with us!?She whispered angrily
"Yeah, so do you think it's ok?" I asked in a whisper
"No, because then we have to take of him." She whispered
"Whatever." I said
I guess Brittany was still mad about the dress incident. Simon suddenly looked at me with worry in his eyes. He then jolted away and looked out the window.
