Derek opened the car door for me again and helped me get out of the car.

I held his hand for safety as his other one covered my eyes. We walked for 5 minutes until we stopped.

He uncovered my eyes and infront of me I saw a candle lit table with a box of pizza sitting on it.

"Happy ten year anniversary"

"Ten years?" Did I forget something?
We've only been dating for a couple days.

"The first day we ever met when I was 8 and you were only 7."

Tears came to my eyes. How can I forget the most important day in my life.

"I'm sorry I'm crying and I'm sorry I look like a mess" I try to say through my hand that was muffling the words coming out of my mouth.

"Don't be sorry. You look perfect. But tonight I want one thing. No make up, no heels, just the you I know and love and this will be perfect.

He pulled out a clean wet towel from behind him and handed me them.

Once I was done taking my make up off I threw my heels behind me and joined him on a towel that way laying on the floor.

"I couldn't ask for a better night. Thank you so much and I will make it up to you."

"No need. Just you being here makes it all up for me."

I leaned my head on his shoulder and took a bite of the pizza.

"I just can't believe you planned all this by yourself. I love you Derek" I looked over to him and I saw that he tried to turn away. I held his cheeks in my hand as I leaned over and kiss him.

"That's no the only surprise I have for you" I leaned back. "Wait but this was enough already.

"Nope get up let's go." Once again he covered my eyes and I grabbed his hand.

He pulled me back as I was about to take another step.

"Stop right there"

He opened my eyes and as I looked down at the word written in sand that lights flashed on and in the sand written was the word prom.

"Jayde Anderson...will you do me the honors of letting me be your date to Prom?"

"Of course. You didn't even have to ask." I jumped on him and he fell to the floor.

"Yes I will go to Prom with you"

This time he kissed me.

"This was the best night ever.

So the books coming to an end sadly but it's honestly has been the best thing ever with you guys. The surprise will be revealed soon. Sorry for the nerve wrecking wait.
