Dean's POV

I watch Sam rush out of the bathroom and sigh. My friend Charlie notices me worrying and asks me what's wrong.
"It's my brother. He's getting teased for being gay, nerdy and single. I want to protect him, but I can't be around him all the time."
I figured Charlie would understand because she's one of my closest friends and is a hardcore nerdy lesbian.
We walk to our next class, History, together and luckily there's a sub so we can basically do whatever we want.

"Well, if you can't be there to protect him, then someone else has to..." She says, thinking hard.

"That's it! I'll hire someone! Thanks, Charlie!" I smile, then start wondering about how I'm going to find a good bodyguard for my little brother. The rest of the school day flies by, and I figure I'll check online first. There has to be someone out there, right?

***2 hours and many frustrations later***

I've googled everywhere, looked into so many offers that seemed promising, almost gotten a virus and I'm still no closer to find my brother a bodyguard.
Wait- what if it's not a bodyguard? Boyfriends are protective. And he'll stopped getting teased for being single.

I type in "boyfriend for hire" into the search box and take a quick look at the results.
Most of them are probably pervy old men, but just when I'm about to give up, I find a semi-promising ad (^^chapter pic above) on a skeevy website. It has a picture of a cute guy, some details about the "services" he offers (no, he's not a hooker) and a link to his website.

I click on it and see a "chat with me" button. I figure I want to talk to him before I hire him, so I type a quick "hi, I saw your ad and I'm interested in hiring you" and hit send.

Cas's POV

I'm just finished with my third set of weights when I hear a faint ping! From my computer.
Maybe my friend Balthazar emailed me back. I check my inbox, but there's nothing there. Then, I remember the ad. The noise came from my website, from a person named dean_w_ who says he actually wants to hire me.

The problem with that is I haven't done that sort of thing in a long time. I posted that ad when I was desperate for cash because my parents were stealing my money to buy alcohol. But they're both in rehab now, and doing much better.

After a couple of creepy meetings with pervy old men who confused me with a male prostitute, I gave up and found a job at the gym. I was strong before, but now I'm what some people call "ripped." Just a side effect of trying to keep a busy gym in order, I guess. I must have forgotten to take the ad down.

I don't even know what he looks like, but I type back that I would love to meet sometime and discuss prices and what service he's looking for. He suggests we meet tomorrow, 4 pm at Casey's coffee shop which is about 5 minutes from my house. I smile, excited and scared to have something new to do.
