Aspyns Pov:
I haven't decided yet. It's been 3 hours and all I could think about my old life.
"Aspyn.. right?" Carl walks in
"Carl.. right?" I joke shooting him a smile, he chuckles and goes to say something but I speak first.
"Thank you for saving me"
"No problem, do you mind if I ask but who.. got bit" he says slightly scared to ask the question.
"my sister.. Brooke" I whisper looking down. He pulls my head up by my chin and makes me look In his beautiful blue eyes.
"Aspyn, look I know how it feels, it never goes away, but it will be better as long as you live. You live for her" a tear slips down my cheek and I hug him.
"Thank you." I whisper he nods and walks out. I sigh, he's really cute and sweet. I wipe my tears and fall asleep.
Carl's Pov:
I wake up the next morning in a full sweat and see Aspyn walk past my cell with her long brown hair tied up in a pony tail and leggings and sneakers and a dirty sweatshirt. Shes beautiful but I hardly know her. I sigh and follow behind her as she walks outside into he courtyard of the prison and sits down.
"Hey." I walk up to her
"Hey" she sighs and we make eye contact but she looks away.
"How you holding up?" I sit next to her
"I mean my my hole family died and I have nothing left but other then that I'm great" she states sarcastically and she pushed a piece of hair out of her eyes
"But anyway what's your story" she says again looking at me.
"Well when it all started my dad, he was shot in a coma and my dads best friend Shane saved me and mom, we stayed at a camp in the mountains and a couple of them went on a run to Atlanta and came back with my dad" I smiled. "But shortly it got invaded and we left and went to the CDC. We met a man a there and he told us that we're all infected with the disease that makes those shit brains" I point to a walker. "which means when we die unless we're shot in the head we will become one of them.." she looks at me and sighs obviously not surprised by that. "So the mans building self destructed but we got out in time and we get held up by a bunch of cars but a heard of these shits came through and Sophia..Carols daughter was chased into the woods by one. We went looking for her and I got shot by one of Hershel's men on accident.. but long story short I didn't die obviously." I chuckle and she smiles.
"Shortly after we found my mom was pregnant and Shane was insisting it was his and wanted my father gone.. my dad killed him but.. he came back and I had to shoot him down... but then Hershel's farm got invaded... We were all on the road for months finding any food we could get our hands on... then we stumbled on this prison.. My mom had her baby but died during labor.. and now I'm here talking to you" I looked at her and she touches my arm.
"Hey.. at least you have your dad and Judith.. I'm sorry this happened to you"
