Annabeths point of view:
"I did it for him. I did it for HIM. I DID IT FOR HIM," I whispered into a scream. Causing the commotion around me to freeze in its tracks. I knew why everyone stopped and looked at me. I hadn't spoke to anyone, not even Si, since I shot and killed the man who I was 'running' from. I knew exactly who that man was. I did hire that man, but that man was not a mortal, that man is- was- from elements. It was one of the ancestors, now I see what mother meant by "Don't let the ancestors control you" the first time she had spoken to me. They were controlling my life getting me to come back, I don't know why they want everyone back or why it's only girls, but I WILL get some answers!
The other Ancestors won't be happy. They will coming looking for me, I'm not worried about myself to say the least... I'm worried about Si. I love him. I didn't think I would, man how hard I tried not too, but it's inevitable.
