BANG! BANG! BANG! Three loud shots of gunfire echoed down the long hallway. The clicking of heels came to a sudden stop as a young teenage girl turned towards the sound. "That was the sound of a pistol..." She gently sighed. " You'd think after 4 months of training, he could complete at least one mission..." Using her soft hands, she gently grasped the cocobolo wood pole from her side, and with one quick flick of her wrist, an escrima stick was created.
She twisted her body around, still clutching the weapon in her right hand, only to tear down the hallway in a violent manner. Her face was hidden from the world as the jacket's hood shaded her eyes, only revealing her mouth and nose. She was dressed in a dark leather jacket, tightly fitted over a black hoodie. Her legs were covered in a durable fabric that was flexible enough to allow her to fight, and her feet were placed in slightly heeled boots armed with many secret weapons. She also had a weapons pouch mounted on her left thigh, along with a gun hoisted on her right hip. The escrima sticks' pouch was placed right next to her gun's holder.
After turning a corner, two figures appeared before her, getting ready to attack. 'I don't have time for this!!!' She screamed mentally as she continue to rush down the hall. Quickly, she looked over the two men. They both were dressed in matching outfits; a long sleeved black dress shirt covered by a red vest and black skinny jeans. Their shaggy brown hair was nearly identical along with their matching red horns mounted on the side of their heads. Their red eyes gleamed as the two boys had matching smirks on their faces. A sinister feel floated around the pair. The girl's eyes widened as she got a good look at their faces. 'These are the twins who escaped from the Hyacinth Asylum three years ago! If memory serves me right, then Jonathan is in a lot more trouble than I thought...!'
She continued to rip through the air towards the identical twins. The pair moved into perfect sync, flowing gracefully. The two of them whispered a chant, and facing each other, they struck out their arms towards the hooded girl. A knife flashed in each of their hands, slightly glowing a deep maroon color. The hooded girl whipped her pole behind her as she edged closer to the pair, preparing her attack. She whipped the pole down, striking the floor where the twins previously stood. 'Damn it!" she yelled in her head. The pair chuckled slightly as they slashed towards her head. She crouched down, dodging the knifes, and bashed the base of the pole straight into one of the twin's knees. The said twin yelped in pain and attempted to keep his balance, but failed. Angry, the other twin slashed towards the hooded girl, achieving to create a huge slash on her right arm. The hooded girl ignored the pain suddening flooding into her arm and punched the remaining twin right in the gut. He fell back, as well, and the hooded girl jumped back, creating a huge gap between her and the pair.
The girl clutched her injured arm, stared back at the twins. Both of them were on their feet, one having to use the other for support, and the other breathing deeply. "That wasn't very nice what you did to my brother, Ms. Parker," breathed out the exhausted boy, only making the grip on his brother stronger.
The slight shadow of a smirk covered the hooded girl's face. "Well, I'm not a very nice person when my comrades are in trouble." She let go of her arm and clutched her cocobolo pole once more. "Say, mind telling me why he had to use a gun which is only allowed on rank C missions and up? Last time I checked, this mission just happens to be rank F."
"Vile girl, I could care less on how you rank your missions!" He whipped the arm not supporting his brother in front of him. "Maybe everyone at your dear organization is full of idiots such as yourself!" He smirked.
"Well if you're not going to answer my question, my dear twin," she slightly giggled. "I guess you guys are just gonna have to get out of my way so I can find out!" She pushed forward once more, and the injured brother crawled away from his brother being extra careful of his now shattered knee. The other brother, now breathing regularly, clutched his knife once more, and got into a defensive position. The hooded girl separated her cocobolo pole in half, and the whole thing sparked a blazing blue color. Her shaded face flashed with light as the sound of chirping echoed around the room. The armed brother's eyes widened as the girl whipped the pole down onto the floor. Electricity flashed through the boy's body, paralyzing him until finally, he crippled under his own weight.
