Chapter 9: Studying

"Hey. Emily? Wake up." Johnny shook her. "I don't wanna go to school, five more minutes." Emily said with her face on her pillow. "Come on sleepy head, or we'll be late." Johnny said in a soothing voice. "Hug first." Emily said rolling over and holding out her arms. Johnny smiled and playfully rolled his eyes. Johnny hugged her and lifted her off the bed. "Good morning Emily." Johnny said smiling. "Good morning Johnny." Emily said booping his nose.

The school day went by like any other school day. Johnny and Emily held hands. Natasha would get bothered by Bob. Ponyboy would hug Natasha. Two-Bit would crack a few jokes. Yeah. That's a regular day for them.

Emily was sitting in her last period. Science. "Remember class, tomorrow we have a test. So study tonight." Mrs. Chang told the class as the bell rang to go home. Emily got her books and papers and put it in her black backpack, as everyone ran out of the class. Emily walked out of class going to her locker. As she was putting her books in her locker a pair off hands covered her eyes.
"Guess who." Johnny said.
"Hmmm let me guess...Johnny!" Emily said and Johnny took off his hands of her eyes. Emily turned around and hugged him.
"What's my prize?" Emily said. "This." Johnny said leaning closer to Emily. There lips were centimeters apart, about to become in contact when- "Oh hey lovebirds!" Two-Bit yelled as Johnny and Emily jumped apart. Emily hit her head on her locker. "Ouch." Emily said holding the back of her head. "Are you okay?" Johnny asked. "Yeah I'm fine." "Oh sorry Emily." Two-Bit said putting his arm around Emily's shoulder. "It's...fine." Emily said locking her locker and getting her backpack. "So Johnny wanna hang later?" Emily asked as Two-Bit left flirting with another girl. "Well I was going to study but yeah." Johnny said holding Emily's hand and walking out of the school. "Study for what?" Emily asked. "Science. Were having a test." "Hey me too. Why don't we study together?" Emily kissed Johnny on his pink cheek.

They arrived at the Curtis's house and Emily saw that Natasha's car was parked out front. "Oh Hey Natasha is here." Johnny said. "I thought her and Ponyboy were on a date." Emily opened the door and walked in on Natasha and Ponyboy making out on the couch. "Wow. Go Natasha!" Emily laughed. Natasha and Ponyboy pulled apart and blushed from embarrassment. "You guys seem to be having fun." Johnny said to Ponyboy. "Hey I didn't know you guys were coming." Natasha said glaring at Emily.

Emily grinned and starred pushing Johnny up to Ponyboy's room. "Come on Johnny. Let's let them finish what they started. Emily winked and gave pony and Natasha a thumbs up. Natasha and pony blushed.

Emily sat on the bed and took out her books. Johnny closed the door and sat next to me. "Okay we'll start with..." Emily said opening to a random page of the science book." ...cells." Emily said looking at the science book confusingly. "Okay what cell?" Johnny asked. "Ummmm." Emily said looking for a cell. "A plant cell?" Emily said reading the text about plant cells. "Okay so read this text two times and I'll quiz you." Emily said shoving the book to Johnny.

Emily laid on the bed with her head hanging off the bed. She saw some magazines under the bed. She grabbed it and saw it was bikini pictures. Emily put it in her backpack while Johnny was reading. "Okay. Quiz me." Johnny said giving Emily the book. "Okay, question 1...am I pretty ?" Emily said smiling. "Easy. The answer is no." Johnny smiled. "Your gorgeous." Johnny kissed Emily on the nose.

" Okay the real question 1... What kind of wall does a plant cell have?" "Hmmm. A brick wall?"
"Johnnyyyyyyyy!" Emily nudged him. "I'm sorry, I don't know." Emily looked at Johnny. "Okay how about this. For every question you get right you get a kiss." "Deal!" Johnny said not thinking twice. "Okay so where is a plant cell located?" Emily asked smiling. "Duh. In a plant."
"Correct!" Emily said giving Johnny a kiss. "Okay question two... What is the empty space in the cell?" Johnny looked at the picture. "Umm... cytoplasm?" Johnny said not sure. "Correct again." Emily said wrapping her arms around his neck. "You get a prize." Emily said kissing Johnny. Johnny kissed back, putting his arms in Emily's waist.

After Johnny and Emily's make out session, they went back to studying."Okay Johnny I have written you a test. All you need to do is focus and try your best." Emily said handing Johnny a paper. Emily took out the magazine, the one she found under the bed, out of her backpack and flipped to a random page. "Wow. These girls don't have no butt." Emily said looking at the girls. "Emily? What are you doing?" "Looking at this magazine. Look it's not even good bikini pictures." Emily said showing the magazine to Johnny.
Johnny blushed and went back to doing his practice test. "They don't even have a butt like mine." Emily said posing. She sat down and looked through the magazine. Natasha knocked on the door. "Emily are you in there?" "Yeah." Emily said ' if Natasha sees me with this I'm dead!' Emily thought looking around on where to put it. Emily put it in her backpack and zipped up backpack.

Natasha's POV

I waited behind the door for Emily and Johnny to come out. 'Why are they taking so long' I asked myself curiously. Then it shocked me when someone zipped their 'pants up'.
'Oh my goodness... they better have used protection because their is no way! Im taking care of a pregnant woman and babysit the baby.' I thought to my self with sass in my voice. "You know nevermind." I yelled out and walked away without waiting for Emily's respond.

Third person pov.

Emily opened the door to find Natasha and Ponyboy kissing yet again, but Steve angrily looking at Ponyboy. "Wow so you bug me for this?" Emily said making Natasha and Ponyboy jump. "Again Emily?" Natasha groaned. Emily laughed going back in the room. "I'm done." Johnny said giving Emily the paper. "Well done you got most of them right!" Emily said hugging Johnny. "Well I learned from the best." Johnny said kissing Emily. "Go Johnny!!!!" Natasha yelled as Ponyboy wolf whistled. Emily blushed of embarrassment and hid her head in Johnny's chest.
