Chapter 12

After we eat for seems like forever, we gathered in the living room again.

When I went there, the pillows on the sofa were now on the floor as they all sit there making a circle.

Louis and Julie are still together. Sophia with Perrie, Harry beside Liam beside Zayn who's just looking at his socks.

I sat beside Niall that has been drinking a bottle of beer since after we eat.

"Hey Niall, stop drinking", I try to get the bottle in his hand but he just swatted it. Man, he smells like alcohol now.

It's very unusual for a person to drink for no reason. When I look at him, it's like there is something inside him that he cannot say or express. He looks so lonely, so sad, far away from the Niall that is always happy and laughing.

" Okay, let's start with a couple of songs then we'll play spin - the - bottle", Liam said as he get the guitar and give it to Niall. He put his bottle on the floor, I snatched it and placed it on the side of the couch before he could notice it.

"Who will sing first?", Harry asked, drinking an orange juice.

"Me! Me first!", Louis said rising his hand which made Julie giggles. " Niall, Give Me Love".

Niall glare at him for a couple of seconds then scoffed and strum the tune.

"Give me love, like her
'Cause lately I've been waking up alone..."

Okay, I know there's something wrong with Niall. Back in the kitchen he is happy eating those pizzas. I remember having two glasses of juice. He even put a slice of pizza in a saucer.

Then suddenly he's change his mood. He get a bottle of beer and stormed out of the kitchen. He almost hit Louis when they entered...wait, is Niall...no way he'll be jealous. Or is he?

"Give a little time to me
  We'll run this out
  We'll play hide and seek
  To turn this around
  All want is the days the your lips  allowed..."

When that part was sung, Niall's part twitched, but he just close his eyes and continue to strum until it's finish.

"Nice one Lou, your voice's getting better", Liam clapped which gained more clap.

The next one to sing is Perrie, in a capella.
" I feel so numb staring at the shower hall
  This began the feeling that the end has come
And now the world is cold
I try to end day, but a lump in my throat got in the way
In this time I've lost all sense of pride..."

Her voice starts to crack. She closed her eyes to stop those tears from falling. Harry said it's okay but she insisted.
"If I hear your voice I'll be fine"

Before she could sing the chorus, she starts sobbing. Harry hugged her and she cried on his shoulder.

"Okay, let's call it a night. Zayn take Perrie in your room", Liam siad already standing up, "Julie, can you sleep with Louis?"

"What?, no I...", Julie protested but was cut off when Louis cover her mouth and literally tugged her upstairs.

" Harry can you help Kevin to bring Niall in his room? Kevin, you can also sleep there, there's a spare bed there", Liam commanded once more.

"And Kevin, sorry if you haven't show your singing talent", Liam said, half laughing, " sorry for that".

"Nah, it's okay. I can sing tomorrow or any other day", I said patting his shoulder.

Before we went upstairs, we first clean the mess in the kitchen and in the living room.

" Good night, Kev", He finally said before he close the door to his room.

"Good night, Liam".

When I entered Niall's room, Harry ran in front of me, he looks so stress, " You got this Kevin, I'm gonna sleep".

Niall's things was everywhere. I tiptoed to his bathroom, careful to not break any things.

I changed my clothes -- usual pajamas and blue shirt. Before I went out I wear a beanie.

"This is bullshit!", he shouted before he throw a picture frame.

I launched myself towards his to get the picture frame.

"Hey, stop you might destroy your entire room", I said exaggeratedly.

Niall walked towards his bed, he almost tipped over a books on the floor. He plopped down and held his face on his hand. He breathe deeply before he
speaks, "what's wrong with me Kevin?".

I sat on the other bed across him, crossing my legs. I rested my head on my left hand. "I think there's none. You're adorable, funny, uhm, cheeky. What  else could I say". Did I just say that to him. Creepy though.

Niall looked at me, straight in the eyes. Meeting his tired but mesmerizing blue orbs. "I want to tell you something".

"What is that? Can you say it now 'cause it's half past twelve", I now lie on this comfy bed and pull the duvet.

"I'm...in...in love", he slurred

" What?".

"I...I'm...in...in love wi-with...you-", he passed out.

" Pardon? Niall I didn't hear you clearly, did you said, you love who?", I was about to get up, but stop when I hear him snore.

Louis' POV
Meanwhile

We enter my room and put her bag on the side. I go in my walk-in closet and changed into my pajamas while Julie change hers in the bathroom.

When I went back, I start to fix my bed. Well, it's spacious enough for two person. I put a pillow in the middle of the bed to separate my side to her side.

I know it will awkward for her part, sleeping with a guy for a night.

I hopped down when I finish preparing it. Julie, soon went out of the bathroom. She get her bag and put her things back there.

As she was about to lie on the sofa, I got up from my bed and went to her. "What are do you think you're doing?".

"I'm going to sleep now", she said while yawning. She looks like a cute little kitten!

I grab her hand and lifted her bridal style. Then I put her down to bed.

As she was about to protest, we heard a not so loud bang on the other room, probably Niall's.

Her eyes grew wide, terrified by what she heard. She pull my shirt, causing me to collapse into her. I quickly roll to the side so I won't mash he with my biceps. Hahaha.

She cling her arms around my torso, her head buried in my chest.

" I'm scared Louis".

Okay, that's a wrap for this one. I enjoyed writing this one 'cause it's just full of surprises and dramas.
Speaking of, what do you think of Niall's sudden confession?
