I think I've done quite well so far today.
I had breakfast which was 25g Frosted Flakes (95kcals).
I didn't have anything at break, my friends didn't notice...
But they did when I skipped lunch... I still managed to get away with "I'm having a big meal tonight", so I had nothing.

Usually I have crisps after school, but I made sure I avoided that too, so I've have nothing since breakfast so far.

Dinner is a quorn fillet with boiled potatoes. (297kcals, I think).

I'd usually have an ice cream after dinner, but I'll be so annoyed with myself if I do.
So HOPEFULLY the total kcal intake for today 374kcals! Lowest so far :)

So I managed it! I haven't snacked ONCE today. I'm so happy!
Dinner was 4 mini quorn breaded fillets with salad (320kcals)
Total intake for today: 415kcals, my lowest so far :)
