One morning as Lapis Lazuli woke up,she heard a moving truck outside. She opened her curtains and saw a white Cadillac park behind the moving truck,one lady got out followed by two teenage girls,probably her daughters Lapis thought I should go and say hi later, well I should get dressed and eat some breakfast.Later that day Lapis was sitting on her porch swing reading when she heard some yelling and screaming then saw someone run out of the house next door.Should I see what's going on Lapis thought, she placed a bookmark in the book she was reading and slipped on her shoes and started to follow the girl.Lapis follows the girl to a game store.She walks into the store.Hi Lapis what brings you back so soon asked Buck.Oh...um just looking around Lapis lied.Lapis soon found the girl looking at gaming guides.Hi Lapis said walking over to the girl.Hn...the girl takes out one of her earbuds.H...hi the girl says back. I'm Lapis Lazuli,Lapis said sticking out her hand. I...I'm Peridot Diamond the girl answered sticking out her prosthetic hand. Oh um. You're surprised right Peridot says not looking up from the game guide. What oh no I'm not Lapis answers. Yeah you are,it's fine Peridot says finally looking up from the guide. In Lapis' mind she's like oh my god she so cute.H...how old are you Peridot Lapis asks. 19 Peridot answered. Oh me too are you enrolling into the university here Lapis answers with a smile on her face.Uh...y...yes and my older sister are enrolling there.That's so cool I hope we can have a few classes together Lapis said getting ready to leave.Well I need to get home I hope to see you around Peridot.Lapis leaves the game store thinking about how cute Peridot was.Well where did you run off to honey Lapis' mother asked.Oh uh just the game store Lapis answered.What's for dinner tonight mother? Peridot shouts.Yoshino walks over to the argument.What's going on here Yoshino asks.Jasper won't give me my prosthetic arm back Peridot says angrily.Jasper give it back Yoshino looks at her oldest daughter.Ugh whatever Jasper throws the prosthetic at Peridot and heads back to her room.(DOORBELL) I'll get it mother Lapis said going to the door.Hi Lapis says as she welcomes the neighbors.Hello Yoshino says back.Well girls introduce yourselves Yoshino says looking back to her daughters.Yo I'm Jasper, the taller girl says.Hi Jasper Lapis answers.Yoshino pushes her other daughter forward.Go on Yoshino says nudging her.Not looking up.I...I'm Peridot.Hi Peri Lapis says grabbing the girl's hands.Hello welcome I'm Rose Quartz Universe but everyone just calls me Rose,well you've one of my children already.Yes Yoshino answers.Pearl walks in with little 2 1/2 year old Steven.This is Pearl and Steven Rose says taking Steven.Pearl can you find Garnet and Amethyst please.Okay Pearl says.She bows and leaves.That's just one of my daughters.Oh? how many daughters do you have Yoshino asks.Well I have 4 daughters my oldest is Garnet she's 22, next is Pearl is 21 my second child and you've met Lapis she just turned 19 and then there's Amethyst she's about to turn 17 and then this little guy is Steven.H...hi Steven Jasper said playing with Steven's hands.Hehehe Steven giggles.Peridot sits quietly next to her mother.Lapis grabs Peridot's hand and takes her to her room.What kind of games do you like Peridot Lapis asked.Oh...uh Peridot fumbles with her words.I have Pokemon and a lot of others.I like Pokemon Peridot says finally looking up.It was beginning to look like a wonderful friendship.
