Two Months Later

"Steven wake up." Carmen said as she looked down in Steven face. He opened his eyes and glared at her.

"What now Carmen?" He asked her.

"Do we have any Pancake Mix?" She asked him.

He sighed deeply.

"I just know you didn't wake me up, out my good ass sleep to asked me about pancake mix." He glared harder at her.

"Yes I did. I can't seem to find any, and plus you and Derrick was in the kitchen last night. So yes I am waking you up." She smiled down at him.

"I can kick you ass right now." He said. She just laughed and move off top of him.

"And babe, we don't have any more peanut butter, or fries." Carmen said.

"The hell you need that for?" He asked her, as they walked downstairs.

"I want it." Carmen said.

"You want peanut butter with French fries?" He asked her, a little confused.

"Yes they give me life. Plus we out of cooking oil." She said.

Steven stopped walking and turned to her.

"Who turn is it, to go grocery shopping anyway?" He asked her.

"Who I'm telling everything too? I went last month." Carmen said.

"Take my turn, and bring me some fruit roll ups." Steven kissed her cheek.

"Umm no, I will do no such thing. When I asked you to take my turn you told me, H E L L hockey stick no. So no." Carmen kissed his cheek back, and walked away from him. She went to watch TV in the living room.

The front door open and Derrick walked in. He closed the door behind him.

"Car-Men what's up wit cha?" He sat next to Carmen.

"I'm hungry. And your friend playing games." Carmen folded her arms.

"How he playing games?" Derrick glared at Steven.

"We don't have no pancake mix and he don't want to go to the store to get some." She said.

Derrick sipped his drink, "Damn it was a big box in the fridge last night. I didn't have no food. I took it. My bad. I'll buy another one." He smirked.
